I had seen the light house coat online
When I rang there was only one size 12 left
I asked the girl if I could leave it over as I needed it for last weekend as I was going away and explained I was coming from Belfast
The girl wouldn’t take payment when I offered to pay over the phone she told me it would be held over until I came down within the hour as I had said I would be right down
When I got down I tried the cost on and staff advised me it was a lovely coat
I purchased the coat and so happy with it.

We were served by Eve. She was professional, competent, efficient and friendly serving my 12 year old daughter. She helped her to find the right shoes and trainers. Shoe shopping is usually very stressful for my daughter but Eve made it pleasant and fun. Eve is a credit to your shop. The shoes and trainers were good quality and value for money. Mum was pleased. Daughter was pleased. Thank you.

Got our school shoes here the week before going back to school. The shop was packed but they had an army of knowledgable staff, a ticket and queueing system in place and had the seating areas cleared and tidied after every fitting. Really well run, friendly and a good range to choose from, even at the peak of the season and didn't hurry us to choose.

Shoes arrived quickly. Will use this company again.
