Absolutely phenomenal service,
Originally I had ordered a wheel and tyre package, and after some emails and a call with Gary about some tyre fitment questions, he followed up in an email saying that after my concerns with the stretch of the tyre on my current package that I might prefer a different wheel.
This sort of customer care is amazing and he sent me a few choices that were similar to what I had originally picked. I was kept informed on the status of the order as the wheels still had to be made and shipped over, but once they were in country I received them promptly with no damage at all.
