To be honest
To be honest, I was spoilt for choice in this shop. Their winter collection was cosy-looking and colourful (but in a tasteful way). I eventually settled on a blue and grey striped top which felt really soft. I just hope it will feel as soft after I have washed it. That will be the factor that will decide my level of satisfaction. The shop assistants were friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

5 items ordered only 2 arrived
5 items ordered and was scheduled to be delivered across 3 shipments. 2 x Royal Mail turned up as planned but EVRI order went missing. Said they delivered but never arrived, no signature or photo.
Took over a week of back and forth between EVRI and WS before they agreed to credit. Money returned immediately.
Items delivered were good but wouldn’t place further orders whilst they use EVRI as they are so poor.

Both staff in mens and womens dept were outstanding
Both my husband and I made purchases at the White Stuff shop in Bath, and both of the members of staff stood out to us as being friendly and personable compared to other stops we had visited today. Excellent customer service and definitely why high street shops deserve credit.

Ltd stock in your shop in Edinburgh leave alone what you had on your rail for sale. Than went online and all the sizes all the colours were there as sale prices.
Had a very good quality shirt delivered for about £28 including p&p. I am well impressed.
