Worst company ever bought through amazon waiting 3 weeks got nothing and still waiting for refund they rip you off

Ordered next day delivery. This was 3 days ago, I have no order and they haven't responded to any messages either. just an auto reply saying they'll respond within 24 hours, but they don't.

First time customer and will most certainly be returning. I was really impressed with how quickly my order was dispatched and arrived so quick. Items were all top quality and am very pleased.

I have ordered some bits for my little boy, it was a failed delivery, due to the concern around the delivery I asked for a refund instead of a re delivery and they dismissed my concern to no surprise another failed delivery. (Missing order)

Lack of communication from this company was awful. I’d ordered an item and selected next day delivery. I had received an email confirming my order and that I would receive another email when my item was out for delivery. 3 days later, I receive an email saying that my refund had being successful!!! What refund?? I immediately emailed them and asked for them to explain why I was getting a refund for this item after 3 days when it should have being delivered 2 days ago. They replied nearly 24hrs later saying that the item was out of stock. So why was I able to order it on the website? Why did it take 3 days for them to realise this? Why did they not contact me to inform me instead of just sending a refund? Poor show and lack of customer services.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered 3 T-shirts from Matalan which were from this company. They did not fit. I returned them using the return link in the parcel which was produced by Vanilla Underground - due to a glitch in Evri’s web site a label was generated to a wrong address. As it was Evri lost the parcel. I could not get a refund. This company kept saying I chose the wrong address and that I should have checked the label. I had just printed it and stuck it on the parcel. I wrote loads of emails to Vanilla Underground, Evri and Matalan. I kept saying that the parcel had been lost by Evri and they needed to sort it out with Evri. They kept saying they couldn’t refund the money. Eventually after 2 months I used a company called Resolve and I got a refund from Matalan. This company did not care that I was a pensioner who had lost £57.00. Peanuts to them but a lot of money to me.

Bought one of their products via The Entertainer which arrived damaged.

The Entertainer have contacted them re a return, as have I directly. I’ve now been waiting 2 weeks with no response or resolution! I just want a replacement product!

Communication and customer service is absolutely appalling.

Fast efficient service

Bought via Matalan but had to return direct to Vanilla Underground. They received items back but NO refund or response to my emails.

The sweatshirt arrived on time when ordered directly through VU (I had tried ordering through Debenhams before Christmas, but whilst the store took payment, they then refunded it as it suddenly wasn't in stock - that was frustrating). It's a lovely design and colour, but I'm disappointed with the quality of the actual sweatshirt - the seams of the cuffs don't align with those on the arms, and it's quite thin. It was also grubby (from printing?) when it arrived, but I decided to wash it first rather than return, and the marks came out. But then all of this is probably reflected in the price, which was cheap. The print looks like it may not last too long either. I should have been wiser. I appreciate quality and would be prepared to pay for a better garment and with good, ethical, sourcing, so I shouldn't have been swayed by the fancy Peanuts design. It's a shame, I probably won't be returning.

Packaged arrived on time. Item was exactly as described. Price was very fair.
