Would rate 0, they failed to give me a confirmation email. My order was late and now I want to exchange for bigger size, I am put through to a AI chat which keeps going around in circles! Asking me for another email, which I don’t have. I have an order number given by them and it will not work in the exchange portal. Waste of time, avoid

I’m really sorry you’ve had such a frustrating experience — that’s never what we want for our customers. You should have received a confirmation email, and I completely understand how annoying it is when the exchange portal doesn’t recognise your details.
Just to reassure you, your order wasn’t actually late — the bank holiday weekend caused a slight delay with deliveries.
If you can send us your order number and the email used at checkout, we’ll sort the exchange manually for you so you don’t have to go through the automated system again.

Item gone missing not rectified
Bought an item from them, order number 190876. The item has gone missing with courier DPD it was set for express delivery shipping which typically takes 1 to 2 days depending on when order is placed, but delays can happen so i allowed 5 days before i contacted trailberg.
The last I heard from dpd was "Your parcel has been delayed in transit" 4 days ago so trailberg eventually after getting passed around by ai support opened the missing parcel request but ive to wait a further 48 hours before a replacement is to be sent.
So ive asked them to refund me the delivery cost of £3.99 as why should I be paying for express delivery taking atleast a week. Thats if it even comes which at this point im not sure if it will.
I mentioned this to them on email but instead offer me a 50 percent off return shipping. The fact that its not even free returns is alarming and offer a discount on returns i dont have an item to return.
Absolutely shocking 😂
