I'd made an error with my order, BOGOF. Having received the order, I called up customer service and they recitified it immediately and offered alternative solutions, even though the error was mine. This level of service makes customers want to go back, giving the buyer confidence they're supported by great customer service.

Fast delivery and good tracking. Quality is good

Wetsuits came on time, really good quality, im having issues with customer service.

One of the wetsuits did not fit, I initiated the exchange policy on Monday and recieved an email saying they recieved my request, and that a QR code will be emailed out for postage. 4 days later I still haven't received a QR code or any notification that my request is being processed, and there is no way to get in touch and track progress.

Shame really as the wetsuits are genuinely great quality and delivery was really good, just customer service letting the side down a bit

Leak free and look great

I purchased a HUUB wetsuit from EnduranceLab (Ireland) at the end of May 2025. The wetsuit has seen extremely limited use—around five open-water swims in total, only one of which was in salt water.

Despite this minimal use, the stitching on one of the arms completely came apart. After inspecting the wetsuit more closely, I also noticed that several other seams and areas around the stiffer neoprene panels were beginning to separate.

I contacted EnduranceLab, providing photos of the damage. Their initial response was to blame salt water and poor maintenance, despite the wetsuit having only been used once in salt water and always being thoroughly rinsed after every swim. I explained this and highlighted how little the wetsuit had actually been used, but after my follow-up email they simply stopped responding.

As a result, I contacted HUUB directly, hoping that a premium brand would be interested in helping resolve what appears to be a genuine product-quality issue. I sent a detailed email, along with proof of purchase, photos and videos of the defects.

Unfortunately, I never received any response from HUUB either.

What has disappointed me most is not only the apparent durability issue with the wetsuit, but the complete lack of customer support. When both the retailer and the manufacturer fail to engage with a customer who is raising a reasonable warranty concern, it leaves very little confidence in the brand or its after-sales service.

I had always considered HUUB to be a premium brand, but based on my experience, the quality of customer support has fallen well below what I would expect.

This offer was too good to miss. First time buying bib shorts from Huub. The fit was perfect and we were pleased with the quality of the material. Postal service was also very prompt.

Quick responses to any issues were a plus, but unfortunately, the size chart doesn't match the actual fit. I ordered a size M—too small—then an L, and it was still too small. I couldn't afford to keep waiting for shipments, especially with my vacation coming up. I ordered from another company and found out I actually needed an XL (designed for heights of 183–203 cm and weights of 95–100 kg), even though I am 183 cm tall and weigh 83 kg.

A decent product let down by a clunky website and poor customer service. Whilst things were ultimately resolved to my satisfaction. What could have been dealt with in one email took 4 and an element of arguing. Would I buy again? Yes, but anymore issues and that will be the last time.

Order arrived within a couple of days, which is always good. However, one of the items had a 1 inch cut through the inner bag and also fabric of the item. Applied for a return on Tuesday, still waiting for a response if this will be accepted on Thursday
