Above and beyond expectations for customer service from the Huub team. I’d received a three pack of socks only to find after wearing one pair that this pair alone out of the three was mismatched one L and one M. I wrote to tell them in case it was a warehouse stock issue and others needed to be checked. Much to my surprise and delight they actually sent me a full set of three pairs as replacements. Well done Huub

saw the offer on line for a three pack of Endurance socks, a very good deal to but just could not seem to get the link to work to make a purchase. Called the friendly team at HUUB and they sent me an order via email to complete. All done within minutes and within 48 hours the socks arrived. Really good quality, very comfy and I am sure will make me speedier on my bike as well as attracting admiring glances from fellow cyclists :-)

Had my Wattbike Atom since 2020 and it's the best bit of fitness kit I've ever bought. Really helps my fitness and I am better all round than ever despite the advancing years. Great to keep the activity up during winter as I get softer and less fond of wind and rain! What I had not realised up to know was the fantastic support the Wattbike team provide. I've just had major surgery and asked for a bit of advice on rehab with the Wattbike and the response I had was really detailed and comprehensive giving me lots of information on how to approach my return when I am able to. I look forward to getting back on the bike soon and building my fitness Well done Louise and Wattbike team

prompt and good service, good quality product but fit was not slim and not small, or at least not small or slim enough for 10 stone me :-) Shame as previous T shirts were much better suited to my slim self. Still a fan of TML though and will purchase shirts etc in future as this is the first time I have had this problem.

A bit apprehensive using a, for me, untried process but need not have worried. The Motorway process was straightforward and easy to follow step by step. I was as honest and open as I could be about the car and made sure to highlight any flaws (albeit minor ) and I think that paid off in that there were no surprises for me or the successful bidding dealer who paid the full agreed auction price on collection. Would not hesitate to recommend “the Motorway way”

Bought these for my winter road bike as 32c is the most it will take while keeping full mudguards. Now I am getting soft I relish the comfort this combination brings even if it’s at the expense of a few watts and speed. Went on my Hope all season rims easily enough and sealed first time as tubeless so full marks all round for a very Good price, speedy delivery and a good quality product. Now to try them in the road and see if they roll as good as they look

Horrendous increase from first year (100% rise) even moving from Gold to silver cover but sadly seems to be the same across the industry so no marks for value to all insurance companies but full marks to insure and go for a smooth renewal, helpful advise on doing so and to Peter for taking the time to run through everything on a call and answering all my questions

Had my Wattbike Atom for 5 years now and its never missed a beat. I would not be without it and it really helps with my fitness, especially the various workouts to target specific improvements. To keep it in tip top condition I booked a service (two years plus a bit since the last one) last Weds and despite having a warning that they were busy and there might be a delay I had a text from the engineer on Saturday to say he lived not far away and could he come today Monday 23rd. Full marks to Edward for getting in touch, for arriving on time and for doing a great job on the various parts that needed some TLC with new red seals, new bar tape and a new chain its just like riding a new wattbike. Keep it up Wattbike Team

Good range of product, tasty and easy to digest Energy bars which prove effective for me and a good introductory offer of 33% off which I took full advantage of to fill my store cupboard. Just need you to start selling motivation bars now so I can use up some of that energy on a wet and windy bank holiday:-)

I never thought I'd be paying around £50 for a bike tyre nor this sort of price for an inner tube but thats inflation for you :-) Bought these having read positive reviews on the benefits of going TPU and having invested in them I have to say they live up to their reputation as ride quality is improved and rolling resistance significantly less . The spare in the saddle bag takes up less space and is a bit less weighty as well . An all round win and worth the investment.

I have dealt with the local Kibworth team at Fairstone for many years - all the way back to younger carefree days when I wondered why I even needed a pension. Now I am approaching retirement all these years later I am so appreciative of all the good advice they have given me across pensions and other financial products over that long relationship. I would not hesitate to recommend them , sound advice and always very approachable.

We reported missing legs from a bath on Weds was told it was with the resolution team and had to chase twice more before getting any answer so it was not until a week and a bit later on the following Friday when we finally received the legs and could fit our bath. Only thing I would say is that Liam Foster who dealt with the third of my calls/chats was worth 5 stars as he realised the situation and actually did something about it so from speaking with him we had the missing legs in 48 hours. Shame for the week wait before that and a shame that all comms for non trade accounts has to be by chat and you can't speak to a person on the phone but top marks to Liam for resolving it.

Had an issue from me ordering the wrong size shower tray. The on line chat team were very helpful in telling me how to organise a return and exchange. Full marks to Sophie Penman for her efficient and helpful support
