V poor customer service
Ridiculous that a company will not allow any amendments to the order prior to shipping. Placed order on a Friday evening and emailed straight after to request a change of size, also rang and left a voicemail and at 9am on Monday as per their opening hours rang to see if an item could be changed to a different size to be told no changes can be made. The most ridiculous thing is that it’s now Wednesday and the order has only just been shipped from their warehouse. V poor customer service!

We completely understand your frustration. As you contacted us shortly after placing your order and again before it was dispatched, we appreciate why it was disappointing to be unable to amend the order.
Our warehouse processes orders through an automated system, and unfortunately once an order has been submitted we are unable to make changes to the items within it. However, we appreciate that from a customer's perspective this can be difficult to understand when dispatch occurs at a later date.
We're sorry that our policy and processes did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We value your feedback and will share your comments with our team as we continue to review ways to improve our customer experience.

Great customer service
This review is mostly about the customer experience with Splash about international. We originally bought two items from them, only to hear a couple of days later (the first working day after placing the order) that one of them was sold out. We were offered a replacement or refund. Within 48 hours we had the new order at home.
We haven't tested the swimwear yet (our little one will start swimming classes next week), but it looks sturdy and the sizes are as expected.

Thrilled with every aspect of my experience with this company and their products! I needed something to help keep my toddler granddaughter warmer when swimming and the products offered from Splash About were fantastic! When I needed to change one of my purchased items to a different style (bc of a sensory issue) the subsequent transactions went well. I simply followed the online return directions carefully and with help from their amazing customer service, everything went wonderfully. I ordered the wrong size!!
I ordered my Teenage son some Swim pants as he is disabled. Unfortunately at the point of ordering I had not noticed that the size had toggled back to small and we needed extra large I was completing this order in between Christmas and New Year as he needed them for the new term. I managed to get some help through the website chat facility. The most amazing and fantastically helpful young lady immediately rectified the situation and made sure that the correct size was dispatched to us. I was so very grateful as I understood they were on a skeleton staff because it was during the holiday period but she understood my issue straight away and sorted it out. Fantastic customer service product has arrived exactly as we required and of a very high-quality, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.Kris Gunputh
