Cartridge was rejected by my printer, since when i have had one email back with directions on what to do to correct this, but to no avail. Since when my emails have not been replied to and the phone fails to connect.?

Unable to connect with a telephone call/ website dead/ no email response. I have a complaint to make and at a dead-end.

It seems that Stinkyink has either gone out of business or closed temporarily. Have not been able to make contact with them to find out their current situation . If anyone reading this lives in Bridgenorth could they pop round to the business address for any information please.

The service and product (ink) are always excellent. Been with Stinkyink for over a decade.

First time buying photograph paper. Very happy with both the price and quality.

I was delivered cartridges in two parts. The first had a cartridge missing. They emailed to say they were sending the missing cartridge. It arrived. I didn’t need it right away and when I actually opened the package it was the wrong cartridge.
Now I need the cartridge as lots to print. I’m a bit disappointed.
Here goes! I would have given 5 stars regarding price, delivery and the first four cartridges. They were great.
I hate to complain when they send out incorrect orders. Feel stressed.
Update. I called the telephone number on the invoice and it doesn’t work! Have emailed so will see.

Colour cartridge cannot have had the amount of ink in it as ran out in 10 days after only a few pages of print!

StinkyInk are my Go To printer ink supplier and have been for many years now. In a world where manufacturer's are trying to lock consumers into their upgrades, StinkyInk are a great independent, OEM-compatible ink cartridge provider.

Remember 'customer service'? This company is a model of small independent shops that knew and understood their customers and treated them right. Quick on delivery, clear website, excellent record-keeping on what you usually want (so you don't have to look it up). And reasonable prices.

Bought a set of ink cartridges from this Company, and now when trying to install they are the incorrect ones.
Tried to contact them yesterday and have been informed that they are no longer trading....!!!

Looks like this company has stopped trading. Website says permanently closed.

Ordered a special offer colour pack of four earlier this week, was given a (free) delivery date of a few days hence and as usual they arrived the very next day.

The inks work well and are cheap to buy a full pack for my Canon printer, they all arrive extremely quickly, great firm, great inks, quick shipping.

I can count on Stinkyink (what a brilliant name!) as always leaving things too late. checking my ink stock, yellow always goes first, and realised I was running out and needed it for some print outs. It arrived the day later as promised. Isn't that just what we need in the modern world? Top marks guys!
