Hi, the toner didn’t work. Complete waste of £76. It’s the right model and toner. Fits perfectly. The Brother printer is not registering it.

I have used Inkredible Ink services since 2012 and in that I time I have been delighted with the quality of their product. I recently had a problem with a cartridge and was guided through the process to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this wasn't successful. However, after passing on the results to the advisor (Callum) he immediately made arrangements to despatch a replacement cartridge. Such Inkredible customer service. I would very highly recommend them for the quality of their product and to the exceptional Customer Service experience.

Excellent small business! Another order received today! I have bought from them for may years and now with my third printer and cartridges always totally reliable. I have never had a problem. I recommend Inkredible to all my friends and relatives. Compatible ink cartridges are always great quality and true colours.

Great company. I ordered something for my printer. A few hours later, I realised I had ordered the wrong part. Contacted the company, absolutely no problem, in fact they sorted me out the correct item and more. In today's world of poor service, I thought this was outstanding and I'm more than happy to speak well if the company. A rare gem. Don't ever change guys.

Discovered after receiving the order this product per item was 45% cheaper at standard price on Amazon I.e. £15.84 per cartridge

I've been ordering from INKredible for many years. Great service at affordable prices and never had and problems. 100% recommend them.

Cartridge ink I bought was reasonably priced, was dispatched next day and Toyal mail delivered in time as promised. I was kept informed by email at every stage.

The Brother toner I ordered was out of stock when I placed the order, but as soon as it arrived at Inkredible it was dispatched. Communication was excellent, the toner beautifully packed and very easy to install --an altogether very satisfactory experience. Will certainly return to them for any further printing needs.

I ordered a brand-compatible laser printer cartridge from INKredible a few months ago and although the print quality was initially great, the print quality suddenly declined even though the cartridge was still 60% full.

I got in touch with INKredible for support and they responded very promptly. Callum walked me through some troubleshooting tips and, in the end, have very kindly sent me a replacement cartridge (which I'm hopeful will solve the issue!). I have been truly impressed and grateful for the customer service I received, thank you.

All cartridges from Inkcredible have worked straight out of the packaging, and going into an ageing printer. Service is fast and efficient. You were recommended by a friend and I will be recommending in the future.
