Bad Services and rude employees
Unfortunately, I am not at all satisfied with your services. I changed my tires for the second time at your specific store, and I was charged approximately €30 extra because they couldn't unscrew the bolts from the wheels, which they had screwed in the last time. Unfortunately, this is the last time I will store my tires with your company. I have paid for storage until April. In April, I will pick them up and go to another company. The store employee was very rude and shouted when I told them that they should have informed me before doing anything after discovering there was a problem. They shouted and were not polite. I hope this message is seen by someone responsible and that they correct such employees who damage the company's image.

Amazing experience
I had booked my appointment at a location farther ans other than where I usually go (Maria Probst Str) and which is also near to my place.
I went to Maria Probst Str location and met the in charge there and he updated my appointment immediately without any issues.

The prices are a bit higher than the market but at least they brought correct points and make recommedations to not the overprice me, the agents are very friendly and supportive.

Fast, reliable and trustworthy
The staff are very helpful and professional. They are not trying to sell or repair something that's not broken. They do their job very good, very trustworthy. I'm a new driver and I will always go there when I have concerns about my car. That's how much I trust them.

We have consulted with our colleagues at the garage. Unfortunately, your A/C service was booked with the wrong coolant, which is why we had to recalculate the price for the coolant in your vehicle.
The colleague also offered to cancel the appointment so that you could clarify with HUK what went wrong with the booking.
