Good advice regarding the tires to be ordered in advance, and a quick tire change at the appointment. Very satisfied!

Everything worked out very fine. I got new tires, it took less than an hour. The work was done with very high accuracy and quality.
The staff was very polite and helpful.

Very kind people at the service. And as we have been late on our appointment: no problem at all! The guy behind the counter grumbled only about the server in France, to which the whole system were connected to ==> no online-busineses were available.So we drove to the next ATM in Lichtenfels to get some money. All has been no problem!!

Nice and competent people. But they no longer offer any advantage over authorized repair shops in the areas of inspection and service!

I visited this workshop in Menden for the first time today. I was greeted promptly and exceptionally warmly, and offered coffee which was also very good. The team was extremely helpful and professional in every respect – highly recommended in terms of price, friendliness, and reliability. I will definitely come back and recommend them to others. This time it was just a tire change to all-season tires, but we will certainly do inspections and other work together in the future. Many thanks to the friendly team!

EUROMASTER in Bremen simply gets it right. Friendly service, fast turnaround, fair prices — and most importantly, you actually get the appointment you book. Sounds like a given, but apparently it isn't everywhere.

Whether it's a tyre change, inspection or minor repair: everything runs smoothly here. The staff is competent and explains what's being done, without ever giving you the feeling that you're being taken advantage of.

Yes, the drive is a bit longer for me than to some other garages nearby. But when you know your appointment is guaranteed, the work is done properly, and you won't be waiting weeks for a callback — the extra distance is absolutely worth it.

Five stars, clear recommendation. My go-to place for everything car-related in Bremen!

Good Performance and Communication

major service for my >10 year old Skoda Octavia. Everything worked fine. Friendly contact and a fair price. As far as I'm concerned, there's nothing to complain about.

The worst ever, i went to fill my AC, they charged 105 euros for failing trying to fill it and asking me for another 500 euro to repair what they damaged. Maybe they do it on purpose

On October 29, 2024, I visited a branch for a simple tire change from summer to winter tires. Here is what I experienced:

1. Unexpectedly High Price: A price much higher than the normal market price was requested. Work began without my approval.

2. Blackmail-like demand for the return of my vehicle: When I requested that the work be stopped immediately, I was informed that my vehicle would only be returned if a portion of the excess amount was paid, claiming that 3 tires had been removed. .

3. Call the police and then close the store: I was advised to call the police, and so I did. However, the store was closed before the police arrived and the person responsible left the scene.

4. Unauthorized use of my vehicle: The next day, I found my vehicle outside the workshop without discussing this with me.

5. Parking violation and fine: My vehicle was returned to me with a parking fine due to a parking violation for which the franchise partner is responsible.

My personal experience never, never use them services any more!!! For all who is reading this - do not go there! I used them service and have issues with card payment, therefore thay asked me to make one more payment as previous was not successful… finally I realized that they charged me twice for same same thing. And now when I am complaining about it, showing bank transactions, evidences - they do not talk to me. This is company to avoid, they are cheaters!

Our car was attended to within the hour, at Euromaster in Gien, Loire Valley, France. The staff were very helpful. A piece of gravel (caillou) had lodged itself against the breakpad causing a tremendous and scary noise. The problem was sorted quickly and efficiently, we all had a little giggle because of the right hand drive, and the mechanics going for the left hand door...
We are very thankful to the team at Gien Euromaster for helping us to resolve this, just a day before our long journey back to the UK was due.

We were on our way to European Championship football in Amsterdam, and got defective tire, it was close to Rheine. We contacted Euromaster, Hansaallee 6, 48429 Rheine, Germany, spoke to Mr Stefan Hoffmann. Got the best service imaginable, it took 14 minutes, then we were driving again with a new tire. Can therefore highly recommend them.

Had an MOT carried out at the Aberdare garage.
Excellent customer care, and professional workmanship.
