I have ordered before and been satisfied with the product & service however my latest order has been delayed in delivery by 2 weeks with no offer of a resolution and/ or refund despite contacting the ‘ help’ desk.

SCAM!!!!! Order not received. Tracking says its delayed. Tracking not changed in over a week. Numerous emails sent to customer service, they don't respond. Do not order from this company. They have taken my money and will not answer any of my emails.

No stars!!! Do not order from this company! Placed an order 15 days ago and can only get through to a spainish chat bot. No sign of my order!

Better delivery timings and respect them, regardless of the courier. If the courier is the problem, hold them responsible and implement better SLAs and penalties for failing KPIs

Customer service solved my company invoice request fast. The product is good.

So disappointed: have been a customer for the past 8 years and loved it.
Got new tags now and the material is light, cheap and print is blurry!

Ordered twice by mistake. Emailed them immediately and the response and refund could not have been quicker

I just ordered today but didn't get the confirmation email. We I check online it says my order is invalid. The form for contacting wont let me submit my query because it thinks my order number is wrong. I took a picture of the order number so it cant be wrong. How do I even check an order status now? I am very disappointed with my experience with Stikets.

I purchased a personalized stamp, but the result I get when using it on fabric is not as expected. I contacted customer service to explain the problem and expected them to help find a solution.

Instead, I was told that the stamp works correctly because the ink on paper is clear and the text is readable. I was also advised to apply the “right amount of pressure” and to use the stamp on smooth fabrics and a flat surface.

However, this does not solve the actual problem I am experiencing with the product. I purchased the stamp to use on textiles, and the fact that it produces a clear impression on paper does not prove that it works properly for its intended use on fabric.

What is most disappointing is that, instead of trying to understand the issue or offering a solution, customer service simply stated that the product is working correctly and effectively placed the responsibility on me.

I expected better quality and much better customer support. When a customer contacts you with a genuine problem, simply saying that the product is working correctly is not a satisfactory solution.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Stikets.

I ordered the 'mini sticker' labels, which are said to be waterproof and dishwasher safe. They really are, because they don't fall apart, but they peel off easily. I bought them to label baby bibs, bottles and jars, and they came off immediately after just running them under water

Edit- Looks like it mostly happens on bibs. I have a picture, but don't know where to send it to.

“Ordered” with supposed delivery on the 21st. Was lead to believe it was a UK company. Then emails keep appearing in Spanish ?? Had a shipping email saying my parcel is in Switzerland ??!! Like what the hell is going on. Supposed to be a uk site but clearly just scamming people. I reached out. Had a few replies and then when I’m asking when to expect delivery they stop replying ! I’ve opened a dispute with my bank. Like others have said DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!

I attached my order number on my initial message ans I’ve read you asking everyone for theirs, and then you’ve commented asking for my order number ? Do you even read these complaints or just send out a copy and paste reply to make it look like you’re doing something ??

Washable stickers that don’t survive washing
We were really looking forward to the stickers that can be attached to clothing labels. Although they look nice, unfortunately, the quality is very poor. I spent hours labeling my little son’s clothes, only for all the stickers to come off during the very first wash (a short cycle at 30°C). I followed all the instructions exactly, so I’m very disappointed.

If you are in Ireland do not order from here.....the delivery times are ridiculous. I ordered on August 5th and today is the 21st and it is still in the Netherlands! It seems to go through an awful lot of countries and take forever to get here! When ordering I was told August 18th (which seemed long) but I clearly wont have them now for the the 24th when I needed them! AVOID

Stikets provides qualitative material for my kid. I have ordered with them few times already and I have always been very satisfied with the final product received. I would like to highlight the extremely varied customisation options. It may not seem important at first glance, but this helps me engage my little one positively with the back to school moment every year! Thank you so much!

I have not received my order after 16 days. There has been no communication from them other than mailing list emails. I tried to reply to my email canceling the order with no answer from them.

The stamps doesn’ t works! :( I followed the instructions, but they doesn’ t print. Dissatisfied… and I can’t recommend.

I've been waiting for my order C-4365132 for the third week. Many days it has the status of Delayed shipment. They don't respond to emails. I'll write what's next.
