You make an appointment at one time and the car is ready in 4-5 hours. Why bother make an appointment in the first place or why not respect the times… usually a day is lost just because you wait to see if they call you. Otherwise, the work is good but it’s not worth loosing half day or more when there are other places that actually respect the appointment time and the car is ready in 30 min to 1h..

If you book an appointment with us online, this is a drop-off appointment. We have noted on our homepage that you will leave your car in the workshop on your booked drop-off date and will be informed by the team on site when your car is ready for collection.
Our colleagues always endeavour to get your car ready competently and without long waiting times.
However, when there is a lot of traffic and a shortage of staff, it is not always possible to avoid delays.
To avoid waiting times in the future, we therefore recommend booking an express appointment.
However, we are pleased that you are satisfied with the service provided by our colleagues in the branch.
