I received a product with a factory malfunction. I tried to contact Elbenwald through their mail and whatsapp but they didn"t seem to read or respond to those for several days. Few hours after I placed a negative review here i suddenly got contacted and offered a free new replacing item. Not sure if coincidence but it got resolved.
