Lazy delivery driver never delivers to…

Lazy delivery driver never delivers to my house as it is a little out of town. Every single delivery gets marked as "delivery failed - address incomplete". Every delivery then has to go through a frustrating process of putting in complaints until the lazy driver is forced to visit the house. Each delivery can take weeks. Every part of this company, from the drivers to the customer service, is useless. Incompetence hiding behind a faceless structure. A one star review is one star too much.

Correos is incompetent, corrupt and staff untrained

Tracking - LT028822620GB

We always ship using IOSS through Royal Mail so that the receiver pays no fees. All of our EU shipments are sent in this manner.

According to the receiver, He received the following from Correos:

The package arrived at the post office, and they're asking me to pay €44 cash on delivery. I haven't accepted the package.

Correos has now seized the package and refuses to deliver. I believe Correos staff have stolen it.

Stayed in all day for a delivery from Correos

Stayed in all day for a delivery from Amazon by Coreoes.I received an email at 17.00pm this afternoon saying that an attempt to deliverv was carried out but they could not deliver. Time of failed delivery was 6.29pm today. Im not the best at math but even i can see that they are out by 90 minutes. Bare faced liars.

Correos Terrible Compaints Response

I complained to Correos on 1 June, through their on-line complaint processes, about service provision, specific to one delivery (LA134017665GB). On 12 July, I was allocated a customer services advisor, but not for my complaint, but for another delivery (LM141430016CN ) which, while running late, I had NOT complained about at any point. Believe me, I checked. An incompetent service or a wind up. Not sure.

Another service that doesn't deliver…

Just another service that delivers NOTHING. Now amazon are using this useless company & my parcels do not get delivered. NADA.
They call me - WHY? I am at work. The instructions for delivery are clearly written on amazon, the door is visible from the street.
Instead they call & I cannot pick-up so they dump my parcel 6km away, at a corroes that is only open when I'm working, it is also in a low emissions zone with only resident parking nearby. Totally inaccessible for me.
After 10 days or so my parcels return to Amazon & I eventually get a refund. What is the point? A total waste of my time & money.
I tell Amazon repeatedly, they tell me there are lots of complaints but the do nothing!!!! Useless!!!

Should be zero stars

Should be zero stars. Every delivery I have ever had from this company has been late. Their tracking is not real time giving no details as to timing what so ever. Sure there's a delivery date, but it never arrives on that day, and no information is given why. You simply have to sit around and waste days waiting with no real idea when it's going to arrive. My Adidas package on their site arrives today, but on the Correos site it simply says it's been logged in. It's a joke; avoid at all costs. I wrote to Adidas to stop using them as they are damaging their reputation.

This is really a ZERO

This is really a ZERO. The management need to be replaced. Efficiency is non existent. I have so many packet "out for delivery today" that fail. They totally waste my time. I refuse to collect from the office that only opens for one hour between 13.30 &14.30 M-F. If Correos just closed down another company would take over. I am sure its based on everyone in Spain living in the same village their great grandparents lived in.

Is this the worst postal service in the world?

This is in relation to just the ordinary postal service. This is possibly the worst Postal Service in the world, apart from China, where everything gets stolen. An ordinary letter took one full week (7 days) to get from Bolnuevo to Murcia. I could have walked there (slowly) and delivered the letter quicker. The return letter, from Murcia to Bolnuevo is even worse - 10 days and it has still not arrived.

Previously a registered shipment from UK to Alicante never arrived. Customer service dreadful.

shows up to the door only half the time never ring, if you dont answer the phone they dont bother passing by your street. that is without mentioning the fact that once they tried to deliver to a locker that is inside a mall at a date and time where the mall was not open and said they couldn't deliver the package. the epitome of incompetence

Correos' forwarding service is A FARCE

Correos' forwarding service is expensive and the service is non-existent = not a single letter was forwarded, I sent 5 test letters to myself, not a single one arrived, while 1 sent directly to the new address did arrive. Then you get the runaround at customer service, no one is responsible, they have been investigating it for 6 months now and there is no solution, no refunds are being given. A farce! A ridiculous service. (solution = get a digital address and inform your connections)

If I could give 0 stars

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Package arrived with missing content, despite being sealed. Clear weight difference (82g at origin vs ~60g received), yet Correos still refused the claim.

We paid extra for insurance (€250 declared value) and it turned out to be completely useless.

Their system blocks new claims and just redirects to “case closed”. No real support, no accountability.

After reading other reviews, this seems to happen all the time.

If you’re in the same situation, don’t waste time — escalate it to the CNMC (postal regulator) and the Sistema Arbitral de Consumo.

Absolutely unacceptable.
