I have been attempting to get in into…
I have been attempting to get in into my account on numerous occasions and have phone customer services twice, which cost me nearly £5! On both occasions I was told all was fine but I'm still not able to gain access. Never receive passcode even though all my details are correct! I've heard of others who experience the same. This needs attention to make your website more accessible.

Online useful when stocks are low
I find ordering online useful as the local boots does not always stock the Babyliss gas refills.I ordere several packs then I can make use of free delivery.
