The packaging was rather scanty
The packaging was rather scanty. There were 2 spray bottle sitting on top of a thin white paper bag and no other packaging in the box. One of the tops had come off but everything was still intact

Little late delivery, but no issues
Even though the package came a little later than advertised, it was only a few days later, so what. I was a bit worried, that the palettes were damaged due to the box they were in, was a bit big and they could just move in there, but thankfully the palettes were wrapped in bubble wrap so nothing happened. Great product, no issues so far.

Extremely slow delivery period
Although my shipment was complete, the delivery took over 1 month to arrive, with very few updates. It also was not delivered to my home address as requested and I had to pick up from the local post office even though I paid very high shipping fees. Very poor experience.

The eyeshadow pallette was beautiful when it arrived, I ordered it on the Friday and received it on the Wednesday and I paid for next day delivery. I complained and they said they will process the refund. The would advise not paying extra for next day delivery

Great service, but hate the perfume oil. It’s leaves my hair so greasy that I can’t use it again. Wasted my money. That’s the trouble with not being able to try things first.

Very pleased with my Samplr kit
Very pleased with my Samplr kit. I have used the four palettes to create my own bespoke Soft Summer palette for every day and the small magnetic palette will be so useful for taking a smaller number of colours when travelling. A great idea! Fantastic service and speedy delivery as usual. My only negative comment overall is that I'd like there to be more light pink shades to suit fair skinned cool toned people like me in both the Samplr kit and the Berry 42 shade palette.

Excellent service and products
As a first time customer of Beauty Bay I was slightly hesitant, but I couldn't resist one of their new beauty boxes (especially with a 15% discount!).
I placed my order just after 6PM yesterday and had a dispatch notification within 45 minutes. It then arrived on my doorstep before 1PM today - talk about fast delivery. Very impressed!
I'm also extremely pleased with what I received. Fantastic products and seamless service from start to finish. If this is the standard, I’ll definitely be a regular customer. Highly recommended 😊

I order hairdryer for myself as a god…
I ordered hairdryer for myself as a gift for my Birthday. Unfortunately, Evri could not deliver it to me 3 times due to some issues. But I understand it is not fully Beauty Bay’s issue. However, when I texted beauty bay and asked them to change my delivery address, they reached back to me and told me that they are gonna do that, but then they just ignored me and nothing happened. No updates on my parcel. Nothing. It is supposed to come on 6th of October. Right now it is 23rd of October. 200£ for the hairdryer. It is not just about terrible delivery. It is mostly how my issue handled. If you would immediately action my issue, change address and deliver to the new address, then it would be an absolute different scenario. But instead I spent 200£, I have no support, customer service just ignores me, and nothing happens. CAN YOU PLEASE DO SOMETHING. I don’t need promises. Just start actioning anything. I really do not know what to do…

I purchased products that were never delivered. After several attempts to contact customer service, I was repeatedly promised a refund, which apparently never materialises.
At this point, the whole situation feels like an endless saga worthy of Mr. Malaussène, seemingly designed to make a mockery of customers.
I seriously question this company's professionalism and the quality of the customer service it provides. Promising a refund repeatedly without actually resolving the issue is simply unacceptable.
I would not recommend BEAUTY BAY.
