I am SO HAPPY that Beauty Bay is back! I ordered the vault of Beauty Bay 42 eyeshadow palettes and I am beyond happy. The range of colours is brilliant and the intensity of each colour means they'll last forever. They're so blendable as well. I will always recommend Beauty Bay the quality is unmatched for the price.

Fast delivery and great selection of products
Fast delivery, amazing and fast customer service & an incredible wide range of good products.
First of all, I love the by beauty bay collection products, the ingredients look great at an affordable price point. Plus the eyeshadow palettes are gorgeous for a fraction of the “designer brands”.
Second the customer service replies extremely fast, so is the delivery. I received mine in 5 work days considering the package came from the UK. Perfectly intact and well-packaged.
I’m looking forward to create looks with the products!

Out of stock items still listed and longer than advertised delivery
All basket out of stock apart from one item. I had responded to a marketing email for Trixie cosmetics stock clearance within 5 mins of the email being sent. Turnaround times for Beauty Bay have also got worse since their relaunch. Shame as loved it before.

After several notification telling me my favourite brand would no longer be available at Beauty Bay, I made quite a sizeable order, I was really excited to get my haul, but I got an email saying that they cancelled the entire order. Nothing more, nothing else, no explanation, and I now can’t get the brand anymore as they were the only e-retailer that sold it in the UK, really sad and disappointed.
