All products have been great

All products have been great, l seem to have tried a lot l think it is addictive.
I saved a lot of money on skin care for my very very mature skin with retinol and serums.
Hair products good pre wash particularly good for my naturally curly dry hair.

Disappointing service on undelivered order !!

. I was a customer of beauty pie for approx 6 years - I went to work for a beauty company so paused. I have returned and first order has not arrived ! Evri have said it arrived …. It hasn’t. It is very tedious and lengthy to get my order resent ! Although I have paid over a month ago ! I am still trying to g to send a form to declare I ahve not received ! Very disappointing and I don’t think I will be renewing again - even though I live the product .

Join the brilliant Beauty Pie

From the products to the results , it’s a win win with Beauty Pie .
Beautiful packaging too. Expensive , skin loving creams for fantastic prices. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my beauty and skincare products.

Overall very happy with the first…

Overall very happy with the first purchase from Beauty Pie. The delivery was fast as well. I bought the Superluminous Eye Genius which reflects the light very well, and the Superluminous Tinted Skin Glow serum which makes my skin look healthy and glowing, I've had a few compliments. Perfect for someone who does not like using a ton of products or for the holiday glow.

Delivery Difficulties.

I've dropped my review from 5 stars to 3 (even though I have been a devoted customer since the beginning) because of nightmares with deliveries recently. Things would have been so much easier to sort out if I could have spoken to a human being. I do love all my BP products but I find myself looking elsewhere because of the delivery issues and time spent resolving them.

We know the delivery is part of the whole Beauty Pie experience, not just the bit that happens after checkout - and as part of our regular review of the partners we work with, we’ve decided to make a change.

Our UK deliveries have moved from Evri to Amazon Shipping. For a small number of postcodes where Amazon Shipping isn’t available, Royal Mail will deliver instead.

We hope this change makes receiving your future orders much smoother.
