The eyeshadow pallette was beautiful when it arrived, I ordered it on the Friday and received it on the Wednesday and I paid for next day delivery. I complained and they said they will process the refund. The would advise not paying extra for next day delivery

I’ve been buying more and more from Roman lately, their clothes are top quality and their sizing is perfect. I’ve had no experience with customer service because I haven’t needed to but so far so good. I’ve even got my mum buying from them now and she loves their clothing too. I highly recommend and they sell more than just clothing.
