Have use Churchill in the past with my other car, first time with my Van Insurance what a great deal and cover that was half my renewal from my old Insurance company.

I've been with Churchill's for many, many years with insurance for building/contents together with car insurance and am so disappointed even though I've carried insuring with you as I don't want to change as too old. The price has gone up so much and disappointed that when ringing asking for some reduction recently as being a loyal customer of 79 years of age, I was told that is the price and that it cannot be reduced even though I haven't made a claim ever. Im happy to carry on as I'm not a person chopping and changing a loyal person

Both the staff in the renewal department and customer service that I spoke to were extremely polite, understanding, helpful and professional. A great credit to your company. I would not say the same of the automated telephone procedure to endure first which did not ask any question that helped with my situation, took forever and was very frustrating.

Initial enquiry made direct to Churchill with quote being nearly £100 more than the quote taken through Confused. Again their quote was withChurchill. Subsequently spoke by tel to Churchill stating their price was much higher than the one generated via Confused. Despite our having another car and house insured with Churchill no amendment given by the Churchill rep. Very disappointed.

They offered a renewal quote which was £130 more (40% increase) than the previous year, even though no details have changed. Found a better price elsewhere so went to cancel the renewal and miraculously they knocked off £110 for the exact same cover. They should offer the best price from the very beginning, they rely on people not shopping around so they can rip them off with price increases for the same level of cover.
