I was disappointed on the price increase for my insurance. I have never claimed for any damage to any vehicle I have owned. I know that costs have increased but people are struggling with the cost of living this is how people are driving without insurance. I would you to break the cycle of price increase and reward people who have been a customer for years without any accidents. I have myself been a customer for over 20years and never claimed for accidents so I would like to see people being rewarded for accidents free driving.

I had problem getting date's for my holiday i have been using your company for the past 20years the hotel i use in Bulgaria was supposed to be having work to the the pool but this couldn't be confirmed by your company whether this works was taken place. I was quite annoyed that this couldn't be confirmed so instead of using the hotel I have been using for the past 10 years I wouldn't take chance that I would be using hotel with work being carried out.
So surly your company should be able to confirm this work was definitely taken place

I have used your Falkirk branch on 4 occasions, each time I have have to wait for my order to be ordered in. I could see the point if my orders was a special piece of equipment. But I bought five plastic down pipes and could not be suppled with 5 pipe sockets that had to be ordered in.
