SCAM ALERT: Do NOT book with BudgetAir – They cost me +£900 and lied about my flight
I am writing this to warn absolutely everyone: PLEASE AVOID BOOKING WITH BUDGETAIR. This company is either incompetent or outright fraudulent.
Here is what happened to me:
I purchased 2 flight tickets with BudgetAir to come to London. Less than 24 hours before my departure, I received an email from BudgetAir stating that my flight had been cancelled. The email explicitly said there were no alternative options available and that I would receive a full refund.
Now, BudgetAir has changed their story completely. They are now claiming that there was an option available and that I simply "didn’t show up" to board the plane. This is a blatant lie. They are also trying to wash their hands of the situation by telling me to contact AirTransat directly.
Do not let this happen to you. They will ruin your travel plans, lie about the reasons, and keep your money. Save your finances, and more importantly, save your health (the stress is unbearable). Buy your tickets elsewhere.

This website is sketch af. There's no way to contact anyone if you have any issues. I booked my itinerary through two different airlines. I never received an email about check in or details. Turns out, budget air made the account for each airline under some spam emails and random phone numbers not mine. So it was impossible to contact anyone to change it and impossible to access my own reservations!! it just felt like a scheme to steal my money and identity. I will NOT be using this site ever again

The worst company it’s essentially a scam they take your money and don’t give tickets … don’t bother trying to get a refund either it’s not happening. I booked a flight for later that day they never sent the tickets until the following day 20 hours after the flight …. No returns no customer service it’s a scam never again
