Budget Air sorted out my flights very quickly. I had a nightmare with 2 other agents and a direct airline who cancelled on me in the last minute.
Budget Air gave me my tickets and instructions within minutes. Couldnt recommend them enough. Great job!

I’ll never use this company again.
I’ll never use this company again to book flights. Booked a return flight, they have cancelled the return flight and left my single ticket in place refusing to refund the money for both. Seems like a scam company with how unhelpful the staff are some appear to be completely untrained. Been offering me alternative flights and once accepted they say no longer available.
They don’t take into consideration hotel booking or time planning.
One tip for anybody considering using this company. Avoid! Would give 0 stars if I could!

Cancellation and refund terms are determined entirely by the airline's specific fare rules. While a date change was originally an option for your flight, the reservation has already been cancelled directly through "My Account." Once a booking is cancelled, the airline locks the ticket, meaning we can no longer make further adjustments.

Could do better
Booked flights from Hong Kong to Koh Samui with a transfer in Bangkok. We chose an itinerary that would minimise the transfer time and be able to arrive in the early afternoon. 7 days before the departure date we were contacted by budget air informing us TG5912 from Bangkok to Koh Samui had been cancelled and for operational reasons had to be moved to PG153, extending our transfer from 1hr 30mins to 4hrs 30mins. Operational changes due to cancellations are understandable but on arriving at Bangkok airport we were surprised to see there were several flights operating between this period. Furthermore on checking in at Hong Kong airport we were told we could not be issued with a boarding pass for the flight from Bangkok to Koh Samui due to a ‘ticketing error’ so we were left to liaise with Bangkok Air directly to address the issue. Communication between the agent and airline, and willingness to find a better solutions and options lacking.

Made mistake in booking and immediately…
Made mistake in booking and immediately called (within 2 minutes) asking if it would be possible to make an amendment and they quoted me £120. Don't know how they can justify such a scam of a service - but I will NEVER use this platform again, and I recommend noone ever use.
