I went to their Liverpool shop. The people were so helpful and friendly. They made finding my size easy and made me feel comfortable.

I literally have no words for how great Jess was!! (Westfield’s White City) Honestly outstanding and will definitely be back for the service she provided. I was looking at Bras and was unsure about a size - she popped over to me and helped me from start to finish. The women should be fitting in Hollywood with the professionalism and knowledge she holds:) she is making the place money!! I wouldn’t have brought anything without her help, made my day to see such a caring person helping us women <3 thank you Jess!!!! X

I went into the store in the grand arcade, Cambridge. it was very smooth and sumaya was very helpful with finding my correct bra size and helping me pick the best things for me.

Went to the store in Stockport just for a browse. The Manager Hannah was so amasing she went the extra mile to see if my sizes were available in store and when they weren't she ordered them online to be delivered. She also made sure she informed me about the 2 for £28 on the bras and 2 for £14 on the knickers. So now I have 2 lovely sets for £42 my best buy in a while. I know my Partner will be happy too 😉

Getting a new bra and getting fitted can be a little scary, but Caroline made me feel so at ease from the minute I walked into the shop. She made sure I was comfortable and tried other bras just incase. What an incredible asset to the Kingston team! Thank you Caroline, Emma x

I had such a wonderful experience at the Ann Summers store in Preston. I originally went in to pick up some new lingerie, but Denise completely transformed my shopping experience.

She took the time to do a proper bra fitting and helped me discover that I’d been wearing the wrong bra size all along. She recommended styles and colours that fit beautifully and made me feel so much more confident and comfortable.

Denise was an absolute gem. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She made me feel so welcome, as though we’d known each other for ages. Every member of staff I interacted with was warm, approachable, and happy to help, which created such a lovely atmosphere in the store.

I couldn’t recommend this store more highly. If you’re looking for expert advice and exceptional customer service, definitely pay them a visit ❤️

I popped into the Preston store yesterday to pick up a couple new bras and the team that work there were absolutely amazing. Special mention to Denise, she was so helpful, managed to find me 3 new bras that fitted perfectly and supported me. She is second to none, an absolute gem of a staff member within the store. Denise has measured me for years and I’ll always return to that store. The store is clean, the team are friendly and I’ve always left smiling. Amazing!

Dominika at the Chelmsford shop remembered me from my previous visit a couple of months ago and as before was extremely helpful. She is also a very cheerful and welcoming person. A huge thank you to her.
