I visited your Chelmsford store again on Tuesday 21st July 2026 as one item of underwear I had purchased had a slight defect. I was greeted by Elisha who agreed and immediately replaced the item and just had to put the change of item through the till. Elisha remembered me from my last visit and was very lovely to me and thoroughly professional. I am so impressed with the service at Ann Summers in Chelmsford, I will definitely be visiting again in the future and, although expensive, it’s very good quality underwear and I love the vibrant different colours. Many thanks again to Elisha for a first class service!

I had such a lovely experience with Dawn in the Blackpool store. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a huge smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. She was friendly, approachable, and had a great sense of humour, which instantly put me at ease.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. There was absolutely no judgement just honest advice, plenty of laughs, and outstanding customer service.

I even left with products I didn’t know I needed! 😂 That’s the sign of someone who really knows their stuff without ever being pushy.

On the 15/07/26 I had such a fantastic experience at the Edinburgh Ann summers thanks to Ellis. She was incredibly friendly, professional and made me feel completely at ease during my bra fitting with her. She really took the time to help me find what I was looking for even if it took a good while !! It really helped with my confidence.

What stood out to me was how professional she was despite the struggles it took to find the right size but after many many bras it all worked out in the end due to her. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Went for a bra fitting and ended up buying one. The style of bras are so pretty and hears from a friend they last long.

However what truly sold the experience was Jessie who did me and my friends' fittings. She is actually so perfect and we all felt so comfortable with her. Would definitely shop there again, and would definitely hope to see Jessie again she deserves the world.

I visited the Merry Hill store with my daughter and the staff there were very friendly and helpful, especially Meredith, who we had the bra fitting with.

Danni at Meadowhall was fab! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The other staff were lovely too. Great experience.

Ross was an amazing help, especially in going out the back to find the size I needed, couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My entire weekend was completely ruined because of their click and collect. I ordered it on Monday for express next day delivery, never got an email to confirm that it was ready for collection (which they tell you to wait for before coming into the store) and to my utter disappointment, i received an email on Wednesday telling my that it hadn’t been collected and was on its way back to the warehouse!

Normally have a great experience but avoid their click and collect if you don’t want your weekend plans to be ruined.

One item fails intermittently.

I had no idea which was my bra size and due my recent weight gained I’ve always felt really insecure about asking for bra fitting. Selone helped me find my size and made me feel so comfortable asking about anything I needed. Thank you x

Had amazing service in the cabot circus store, a staff member called Seth complimented my hair and helped my friend find the perfect fit for her without making anything uncomfortable or awkward! Thank you, good customer service and kind staff!

i had such a lovely bra fitting experience with chanelle! she took so much time to help me find the perfect fit and picked out such a cute selection of bras for me to try. she was incredibly sweet, patient, and really listened to what i liked, helping me find the most gorgeous colours that suited me. i never felt rushed and left feeling so much more confident. i’ll definitely be back for my next shop. thank you so muchhhh! 💕

Both my parcels had been opened, I'm guessing by the courier. The most expensive item was missing... surprise, surprise.
Evri is cheap, and useless! I would suggest that you use a more reliable courier company!

Jessie helped me and my friends do bra sizings, she was super professional, friendly, patient and helpful. She helped us found what we liked and was very efficient.
