It's the best app i tried so far and support team also very cooperative.
One thing I feel like missing is invoice paid by credit or debit card that's the biggest drawback.

I made an account on nsave as it was on hype here in Pakistan. Gave all the documents they requested. Got 200$ payment from clinet , then they started giving me 0.02 dollar daily. Very good UI . easy to use.
I had to receive payment from another client. Client sent me 10$ just to test, and it worked. Then client sent 1060$, and it stuck. it took few days, and they started asking for a lot of proofs. I shared client communication via email, invoice, work details. But every 2nd day they were asking new and new details. I asked to refund money to client account . With this single msg, they blocked my ADH account, and said, "our partner disabled your account, and you cannot make new account as well.
who is your partner?
we made account on your platform. we don't know your partner.
they even disabled that support thread as well after that msg. Like a very short tempered friend who block you on whatsapp.
Their support don't know what's going on . Client got notification that payment is processed and successful from his side, and payment is stuck in middle from last 20 days.
Adjust to Quick VIP.. #Better #Consistient
My overall impression of Nsave has been underwhelming. The platform appears limited in functionality, and certain features are not as intuitive or well-implemented as expected from a modern financial service. The onboarding process and account management can be unclear at times, which may create unnecessary friction for users trying to access or manage their funds efficiently. In addition, customer support responsiveness has been inconsistent when assistance is required. Overall, the service does not fully meet expectations in terms of usability, clarity, and reliability, and prospective users should evaluate it carefully before relying on it for regular use.

I am extremely disappointed with "Nsave" and their customer support.
My account was suddenly placed under review/frozen without any proper explanation. My client sent me 100 EUR on May 9th, and even after many days, the payment has still not been received or properly reflected.
I contacted support multiple times, but I am still not getting clear answers. At this point, this situation feels very unprofessional and honestly raises concerns about whether the platform is trustworthy.
I still do not know:
- Why my account was frozen
- Why my payment is delayed
- When my funds will be released
- What is happening with my existing balance and incoming payments
Keeping customer funds on hold for this long without transparency is unacceptable for a financial platform. If this issue is not resolved soon, many users may start believing this is fraudulent behavior.
I hope the Nsave team finally responds properly and resolves this matter immediately.

worst experience with nsave its just more than a shit
My experience with the Nsave app has been absolutely terrible. At first, everything seemed fine — I successfully received 3–4 payments without any issues. But suddenly, they started demanding unnecessary and unreasonable information about my customers, including full name, email, residency, nationality, and even ID cards.
Seriously? Who is going to provide an ID card just for a $30 or $40 transaction?
After that, things got even worse. I’ve been trying to resolve this with their support team for almost 2 months now, and their response time is pathetic. Sometimes they reply after 2 days, sometimes after 5 days — completely unprofessional.
I made one simple request: refund the money back to my customers. But even after 2 months, the funds are neither released to me nor returned to my customers.
Because of this, I have zero trust in this platform. This feels like a scam. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Nsave — do not trust them with your money.

I used to use payoneer for 5 years and I can tell that nave is the current best option in the market on all levels (customer service, fees, safety, trust, efficiency, currency transfer rate).
nsave has filled the market gab and covered the need in the best way possible.
I am very disappointed, Scammers
I am very disappointed. I am facing 3 issues, none of them have been resolved, Worst bank I have ever used
1) I tried to send money to my local bank account in Pakistan, but it has been a month and I have not received it. When I contacted them, there has been no response for the last two days.
2) My friend sent money to my account as well, but that has also not been received.
3) I ordered a card, and it is currently showing as "processing," but when I contacted them, they said the card is not available and that their team is working on it.
To me, this company seems like a scam so far.

Big shoutout to the nsave team
Big shoutout to the nsave team! Their response time is insane—you get an answer literally seconds after asking. I also love how smooth the money transfer process is.
I had a situation where a transfer was pending for a bit, but the support team didn't just wait around; they actively communicated with the intermediary bank to make sure my money reached me safely. The issue was fixed in days. Truly a service that values its customers!

Severe Lack of Stability, Support, and Trust in Service
Last year, as an early user, I was genuinely excited about Nsave. It felt like a promising new fintech service that could bring real value. Initially, the ACH and card functionality worked reasonably well, and I had high expectations for what was coming next.
However, over time the experience has significantly declined. There is frequent switching of partners, sometimes every couple of days, which creates a clear lack of stability and consistency. On top of that, new accounts often have features disabled without any proper explanation or communication.
The support system is another major concern. Responses feel unstructured and unhelpful, and in many cases it seems like even the support team is unsure how to resolve issues. Instead of solutions, users are mostly just asked for repeated information.
The app itself is also very unstable for a fintech product. Basic reliability issues make day-to-day usage frustrating and unpredictable.
Another disappointing aspect is how feedback is handled. Even constructive criticism does not seem to be welcomed, and posts or comments are often not approved, despite active community participation and support from users like myself.
Most importantly, my ACH transfer has been stuck for the past 4–5 days. The only responses I’ve received are requests for information, with no real progress or resolution. This has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming.
As a result, I have withdrawn all my funds and do not plan to return anytime soon. Unfortunately, my trust in the service is completely gone.
Money vanished. Support vanished. Don't fall for the "refunded" lie.
I've been dealing with this mess for almost two months now and I'm genuinely at my wit's end. Writing this so hopefully someone else doesn't make the same mistake I did.
Everything was fine for a while. I was transferring money from my own checking account into Nsave, trying to build up a proper emergency fund. No problems, app worked, transfers went through. Then one day I opened the app and the money had vanished. Just completely gone from the screen. Account marked inactive. No email warning. No request for verification. Nothing. Just locked out of my own savings without a word.
I emailed support and got the same line everyone else seems to get. "Your account is under routine review. Please allow up to 30 days."
Okay. Fine. I waited the full 30 days. Crickets. I waited another two weeks and sent multiple follow-ups, each one ignored. Finally, after about six weeks of chasing them, I got one last email from support. They claimed they had "refunded all funds back to the original accounts."
Lie.
Here's why I know it's a lie. I funded this account with my own money from my own bank account. Transfers I initiated myself. If they actually sent the money back to the "original source," it would be sitting in my checking account right now. It's not. My bank sees nothing. No incoming transfer. No pending credit. No rejected deposit. The money vanished and it stayed vanished.
So now I'm stuck in limbo. They've washed their hands of it with a fake refund notice and stopped replying entirely. Meanwhile my savings are just floating somewhere or sitting in their account earning them interest while I get nothing.
If you're thinking about using Nsave for anything more than pocket change, don't. The second your balance looks like real money, they'll freeze you out, ignore you, and then lie about sending it back. Save yourself the stress and use a real bank.

Flawless experience for Bangladeshi Freelancers!
I am extremely satisfied with nsave's service. I successfully linked my nsave USD account (via ClearBank) with my PayPal account. The transfer from PayPal to nsave was smooth and arrived within 24 hours.
The best part is withdrawing funds to bKash in Bangladesh. Not only was the transfer fast, but I also received the 2.5% government incentive on the remittance, which is a huge plus. The transparency in fees and the competitive exchange rate make it a game-changer for international payments. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable way to manage USD/EUR and send money home!
