The whole process was from start to finish was very professional and friendly. All members of the team ensured we were fully happy with the agreed design and were willing to modify once we reflected on a few minor points. The fitters did an excellent job and left the room in a very tidy condition.

Great service from Bobby during the design consultation for 2 fitted bedrooms. He is patient, professional and knowledgeable and went out of his way to work with me and my husband to produce designs we were happy with (this included coming out for a second visit when requested).

- Sales person (Dean) very good. Knowledgeable and gave good solutions. Understanded what’s we wanted both interms of look and function
- Fitting and installation. Fitter (Ian) was amazing. Very high quality install. Was a master of his trade - and showed in the way he worked. Left the place spotless.
- Value
Negatives
- 11.5 weeks from sales visit to installation
- Survey visit did not add any value compared to sales persons visit. Surveyor wanted to take hours to do CAD drawings, which were no different to what sales person had done
- surveyor and fitter are contractors. Meaning paying them direct. Personally I would have preferred to deal with only one company
- Lots of waste wood to dispose of after install.
Only those negatives preventing a 5 star review.

Excellent Service – Highly Recommended
We first used Mr Bobby to design our bedroom wardrobes and were so impressed that we chose him again for our living room and under-stairs storage. He is professional, reliable and really takes the time to understand exactly what we want. His designs are stylish, practical and make excellent use of the available space. Mr Bobby also offers great advice while always listening to our ideas and preferences. The whole process has been smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Choosing him for a second time speaks for itself, and we would happily recommend Mr Bobby to anyone looking for quality fitted furniture and excellent service.

Fitted wardrobes
I am extremely pleased with the wardrobes that we have had fitted. After a few glitches to start, that were caused by an error in measuring , everything else came together, thanks to Andy the fitter, who went above and beyond to make sure that everything was correct. The end result is a bedroom to be proud of. The finish and quality are superb. I would highly recommend My Fitted Bedroom. Thanks to them and Andy.

Julian Chattin arrived on time, we had a good chat about what sort of wardrobe we wanted for our bedroom and he designed a lovely wardrobe that caters for our needs. He gave us some ideas how to improve, but wasn’t pushy and he took the time to make sure we were happy with the design.
