Gareth is a wonderful friendly person and equally a wizard when it comes to joinery, he has made a fantastic job of our bedroom furniture, extremely very tidy and worked late to get the job done in an amazing two days. I would highly recommend him, and I will be calling on him in the future.

The surveyor Omid Firouzia was a Nice polite chap, turned up on time. He was mindful of the property and did what he needed to without hassle.

Katie was extremely helpful and resolved the situation with ease and quickly.

Jordan was really helpful by ensuring that we were able to change our order so our kitchen could be completed correctly. He was patient, attentive and provided excellent customer service. Thank you.

From the beginning talking to the helpful designer who was so patient and had some great ideas for my kitchen right through to the cheery installer who made sure I was happy with everything and it was to my liking , he even vacuumed when he finished !!
The cost was very good for the quality and workmanship , my kitchen was better than I expected and I felt listened to and kept informed every step of the way , highly recommend these guys 😃👍

I would particularly like to give special thanks to Grace, my case manager, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful, professional, friendly and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of.
Her excellent customer service, patience and attention to detail made the whole experience so much easier and more pleasant.
Grace is a real credit to the company, and her hard work and dedication deserve to be recognised.

Did have an issue with Wren but finally after a recent phone call everything has been rectified.

Initial sales pitch/design good. Installation team "one of their best" allocated were dire. Basically left me without a working kitchen for a month; did electrical work which ended up with me having to pay for it to be rectified and the plumbing failed on 31 August (costing me £1600 for an emergency callout) which meant a flooded kitchen and flooded flats the floor below me. Wren say the installation team left it in working order - it was dry before they installed the plumbing and nobody else touched it. Perhaps it's the magical plumbing fairy...... the customer services is appalling and I had to resort to writing to the CEO to get an answer - although the responses are siding with their installation team and full of platitudes and offering the replacement of Wren only goods. About £50k worth of damage has been caused. People DO NOT USE Wren's installation Teams. I'm not sure that mine were suitably qualified and neither the electrical nor plumbing works were inspected afterwards. Wren refuse to send out an assessor to look. Absolutely appalling.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Kieran and the professional support he provided.

I had a very professional conversation with him, during which I explained the issue I was facing with changing the wall unit dimensions from 1000 mm to 800 mm. I reached out to several members of staff for advice and support, but Kieran was the one who genuinely took the time to help me and find a solution.

I truly appreciate his willingness to help, his commitment and his positive attitude. I am very pleased with the outcome and hope his management team recognises and values his dedication.

People like Kieran make a real difference. His approach demonstrates the importance of supporting one another, treating colleagues with respect and working together to achieve the best results.

Worktop fitters phoned to say they would be arriving at a specific time,very polite and got on with the installation.

The guys who completed the delivery were on time, and called ahead to advise they were en route, they were both very polite, careful and efficient, they covered our doors and floors to avoid damage and placed everything where we asked them to

Fantastic experience With Saif in Coventry showroom from start to finish! Professional, friendly and full of great ideas. He really listened to what we wanted and created a beautiful kitchen design. Excellent service throughout – highly recommended!

Never ever again!

Purchased the kitchen through Carlisle store, £20k. They threw in a “microwave” with no cable (which turned out to be an air fryer/steamer) - Not what we needed.

Also gave a tap, with no fittings so couldn’t be used and I had to purchase a replacement!

Ohh and we didn’t have any tiles to tile our utility despite it being measured by wren, so we had to spend an additional £150 to buy tiles to complete the task.

Kitchen was ordered and paid for in April, fitting was planned in for 6th July, this got cancelled due to fitter being too busy. Lots of annual leave wasted and stressful days trying to rearrange.

2nd fitter began on 23rd August, after 3 days he could no longer continue due to his ex wife being arrested.

We then had no working kitchen sink or utility sink for 2 weeks! Terrible.

3rd fitter was great and arrived and finished off the kitchen beginning of October! He understood how stressful the situation had been.

That’s right 5 weeks! To fit a kitchen, terrible.

We have had to use annual leave from work and not been compensated.
Given products that aren’t suitable and not what we were told they were. Messed around over and over again.

Written a full complaint and been ignored, the stress has been unbearable.

I would not use this company! You are ignored and treat terribly, rarely responded too. This has been a nightmare drawn out experience for myself and my family.
