Beautiful panelled wardrobe
We had a great design put together and there was a delay is getting the final agreement following the survey as we had a large back panel inside but no side panels installed. Everything was delivered on time. The installation was delayed by a day due to unforeseen circumstances. We are happy with the final results. The only thing I wish we had done was have the rubbish taken away afterwards but we knew that was the case beforehand.

Gregor, the fitter, is a true craftsman
The installer Gregor and the gentleman who delivered the wardrobe and collected the waste were so lovely.
They both understood that this was for my mum with alzheimers and were so kind and asked how she was, and cleaned everywhere beautifully. The wardrobes look amazing. Gregor is a true craftsman. I'm beyond delighted with them. It would have been 5 stars however the company's communication is shocking. Each department is divided into areas. They didnt talk to or relay that my mum has alzheimers, is a widow, or she lives in a grade 2 listed area where you cant leave rubbish outside. This was all discussed at the very beginning. The stress this put on me was awful and unnecessary. My mental health is awful as a result. It may sound dramatic but I'm responsible to get this right. The lady Emma is installation department was terrible, no empathy or understanding just excuses and blaming other people. If it wasn't for Gregor or the delivery gentleman I dont think I would have them again.

Information regarding accessibility, waste arrangements, and any special considerations should be shared effectively between departments, and it's clear that in this instance we fell short of the standard you rightly expected.
We also regret the stress and anxiety this caused you. Organising a project on behalf of a loved one carries enough responsibility without having to repeatedly relay important information, and we're sorry that your experience left you feeling unsupported.

I recently had bedroom furniture fitted by this company and I’m extremely pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. The planning stage was excellent – the designers who came out took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and produced clear, well thought-out plans. The stepped payment structure was also straightforward and transparent, which made the process feel very organised and stress-free.
Patrick carried out the fitting, and he did an outstanding job. His workmanship was excellent, he was tidy, punctual, and clearly takes real pride in what he does. The finished result looks fantastic and has completely transformed the room.
Overall, the whole process ran smoothly, communication was good throughout, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for fitted bedroom furniture.

First appointment to find out what we want and what could be achieved in the space we had and measurements taken
2nd visit to double check all the measurements and colour choices.
4 wks later all the wood and fittings were delivered on the Monday.
Tuesday the fitter Brett arrived 8am as promised gave him a key and left him to it.
Everyday when we got in from work every where was cleaned up and tidy.
Job was finished earlier than expected and the new fitted bedroom looks amazing what a transformation were so pleased were going to have the other bedroom done as well.

Poor quality, incomplete installation, and unresolved issues
I am extremely disappointed with my fitted bedroom installation and the overall service received.
The fitter left to attend another job while multiple defects remained. As a result, the installation is incomplete and falls well below an acceptable standard.
Key issues include:
- Damaged drawer front
- Incorrectly fitted mirrored doors (causing collision with room door)
- Missing shelves (only 2 fitted instead of 3 of design and payment)
Poor finish (visible white sealant, missing caps, exposed cable hole)
Unexplained holes and incorrect shelf dimensions
The list goes on...
In addition:
Drawings were not properly reviewed at survey stage
Paperwork was amended incorrectly without consent
Full payment was taken despite finance agreed
It has now been over a month with no resolution or follow-up despite multiple communications from me
The room is currently not usable for my child in its intended way, which is completely unacceptable given the cost and expectations set.
Overall, this has been a very poor experience: substandard workmanship, lack of attention to detail, and inadequate aftercare. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. As a prior Hammonds customer, I really regret my decision to go with these. The sales person/designer was lovely, but the rest has been appalling.
