I regret switching my services to this company. I was persuaded to move from my previous provider with promises of better service, but unfortunately my experience has been the complete opposite.

From the outset, there were issues with the setup, and several aspects of my services were not transferred correctly. When I contacted them to have these problems resolved, I was surprised to be told there could be additional charges to fix mistakes that I believe should never have happened in the first place.

Like many customers, I wasn't entirely satisfied with my previous provider, but in hindsight the service I received there was far better than what I've experienced since switching. I also found that some of the information I was given during the sales process did not match what happened afterwards, which left me feeling misled.

Thankfully, my company records all calls, so I was able to refer back to conversations and verify what had been agreed. Without those recordings, I think it would have been much more difficult to challenge certain points.

After a lengthy process, I was able to leave the contract without any financial penalty. If you're considering moving your services to this company, I'd strongly recommend doing your research first and making sure you get everything confirmed in writing before agreeing to anything.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this provider.

Poor broadband speed, they sell you the service, but never their fault when it is poor

In this day & age, speeds of less than 5mb is very poor,

Also been mis-sold, promised savings over my previous supplier, tied to a seven year contract (my mistake, i didnt pick this up at the time of signing), paying nearly £300 per month more than my previous provider costs, following 18 months when it was slightly cheaper

Just sorting issues out takes days & multiple emails, as we have to prove there is an issue as they never believe you

Won't be renewing ANY contract with them

Excellent installation of our new phones and a wonderful chap MR Andrew Murrey very professional and explained the phone well

Turned up on time at the appointed time, clean up after the job was complete. Minimum down time
