Help was great, professional and polite, called back within the minutes they stated on a number of occasions, our issue could not be resolved and that was not for the want of SCG trying it was down to the handset, thanks.

I would like to thank Vincent and Lee from the provisioning team in our Hemil base. I have a customer who owns a large chain of convenance stores that often requires broadband and phone system upgrades. In the last instance the broadband and phone system provisioning was of an incredible standard which made roll out and implementation of services seamless. This left the customer extremely happy and myself delighted as the system was rolled out efficiently and with no hassle. Extending my warmest appreciation to both Lee and Vincent on their help. From a shaky start to a fantastic conclusion, what can I say about the service support team at SCG? Carl and Daryl have restored my faith in business internet services. We feel our concerns have been not only taken on board, but positively addressed and sorted.
