Personal, efficient service

Our business has been with SCG for many years.
The reason for this is that if we have a problem it will be dealt with by a named person in a timely manner. My thanks go to Ashley Masukusa who has been very helpful as we plan to retire and wind up our Company.
She does what she says she'll do and follow up to check all is as it should be. Good job Ashley :)

Poor experience as a customer

Poor experience as a customer. the response time is at least 24hours. Today I have been waiting 6 days. With my last issue, it took 2 weeks of being dragged along as they allegedly researched the issue, until I finally figured out the problem myself - it wasn't hard. So all in all, I am very dissatisfied. My outstanding ticket since last week is to end the contract - but they haven't come back to me. they have however taken another monthly direct debit. Hugely dissatisfied - do not recommend.

Fantastic customer service.

The customer service is fantastic. Each of the account managers we have had over the past decade or two have been knowledgable, super-helpful and interested in getting the best solution *for us*. Any questions or issues are dealt with quickly. When you contact SCG, you are talking to *your* account manager, not a call centre that runs through a script and logs a ticket. It's a refreshing experience!
