Our account manager, Ben, is super-helpful every time. Always feel well looked after. And it's always clear that he has support of other departments/colleagues too. We've been loyal to this organisation for eight years now, and with good reason!
Max was very efficient in handling the renewal of my contract, answered all my questions very efficiently. Lovely manner with me. friendly but professional. Appointed recently as my new Account Manager i was impressed.
Excellent service from SCG — they’re always a pleasure to deal with! The team are extremely quick to respond and always resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. A special mention to Tom Smith, who provides outstanding service and is always very quick to reply to emails. Highly professional and reliable company — couldn’t recommend them enough!

The initial query took rather long to deal with, however a gentleman called William Miller interceded and managed to get the problem rectified quickly thereafter. Our sincere thanks to him for taking charge and sorting this out for us.
Poor experience as a customer. the response time is at least 24hours. Today I have been waiting 6 days. With my last issue, it took 2 weeks of being dragged along as they allegedly researched the issue, until I finally figured out the problem myself - it wasn't hard. So all in all, I am very dissatisfied. My outstanding ticket since last week is to end the contract - but they haven't come back to me. they have however taken another monthly direct debit. Hugely dissatisfied - do not recommend.

The transition was handled professionally, with excellent communication throughout. Any minor issues that did arise were dealt with quickly and efficiently by their team. We have been with SCG for 10 years plus and they have always provided both excellent value and expertise. I have good technically knowledge but not everyone who attends meeting does and this is were SCG shines in making sure everyone understands and is satisfied with the outcome

Helpful, friendly staff and great to have an account manager who is local to our business and is there to sort any queries we have - Lucas has always dealt with any questions/queries in good time and sorted any issues efficiently. I would definitely recommend his and the company's services.
