Mike (Michael) was extremely helpful on the call to connect to our new internet. Went through the stages slowly and thoroughly to make sure we got connected quickly! Very impressed!

Great experience moving across to Circle Cloud, the team onsite (Michael, James and Alex) were extremely helpful, responsive, and patient with all our employees.

We are in the process of moving to Circle Cloud from another IT provider and the service has been amazing. Our old provider has made things slightly difficult, but nothing has been too much effort for Jamie Chalmers. His problem solving and hand holding during the process has been first class and made the process much easier for us. Really happy with our choice of IT provider, can not recommend enough.

We've been working with Circle Cloud for a while now, and I can't speak highly enough of the support we've received from our Account Manager, Jamie Chalmers.
Jamie is always quick to respond and is consistently helpful whenever we have a question or run into an issue. Whether it's a technical problem or just a query, he's always happy to help and takes the time to make sure everything is resolved.
What I appreciate most is his consistency. You know you're going to receive the same high level of support every time, and it's reassuring to have someone who is approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about providing a good service.

Our Engineer on the day 'Mike' was very professional and informative. He made sure we all understood the phone and app system and went over any questions we had, as many times and we needed. He was very good at his job and very easy to talk to, which made the morning enjoyable and left us feeling content and reassured that we could contact him in the future if need be.
