hob is really nice, however the fittings supplied did not fit standard pipe, hence needed to purchase another connector. Delivery was very good. Would purchase again from Reliant.

4.5 stars, eBay Comms slow!

4.5 would be more accurate! Bought a brilliantly priced, huge capacity machine for my daughter and 4 kids from Reliant on eBay with a very quick delivery, but after a couple of months it started shorting out the electrics. They replaced the machine without fuss, but it took about 3 weeks because of very slow comms via eBay, average of 2 days to reply. In future I'd go direct to them, much quicker! Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, replacement is perfect. 100% will use again, bye bye AO.com!

Half a star off for the initial slow Comms as my daughter had to use a launderette in the meanwhile (translation- *I* had to do her laundry at the launderette as she doesn't drive and she had 4under 4 years old including 6 months old twins and doesn't drive!).

Good customer service

Kept me up to date regarding my delivery by email and messaging. My delivery arrived within the timeframe as advised. I even had to change my delivery due to personal circumstances and was able to contact the customer service team and reschedule. The delivery guys were very friendly and really focused on their task at hand and did it diligently. I would definitely recommend. My fridge freezer is fantastic and well worth the price, I would definitely recommend

Dont pay for the unpacking of appliancee

Initially good communication prior to delivery. Time slot given and adhered to. Paid for unpacking and also removal of old appliance.
Delivery men refused to unpack stating they arent allowed to. Poor communication re after sales. Guess i wont get a refund? Why advertise that you unpack and dont?
Despite this fridge freezer is great value for money

Refused to remove and take away the…

Refused to remove and take away the packaging (‘can’t see it in the system’) so couldn’t get the fridge into the kitchen, left it sitting in another room. Nice fridge, terrible customer service!

I am over the moon with the service…

I am over the moon with the service received, ordered on Wednesday and even tho I didn't request or pay for a Saturday delivery Saturday is when my new Hye washing machine arrived, excellent service and communication from my initial order to delivery, would highly recommend Reliant, very competitive prices, knocks spots off other companies!!
