I felt silly at first buying Sunnie the Sloth for myself. I bought the Red Fox for my Granddaughter. I also have the Bunny for another Granddaughter. Then Marty the Monkey came on the scene so I had to have him.
I’m 76 and can’t tell you enough just how Sunnie eases your anxiety. He’s also great for resting your arms on in bed when they aching, you feel a relief just giving him a big hug. It works for me. 😂😂

Order of 2 bears did not arrive
Order of 2 bears did not arrive, I had to do my own investigations and send proof before the delivery company agreed that they had lost the parcel, no obvious investigations for Pulse, o P. Far too many 'word salad' reply emails from the company Pulse of Potential to mention, but never had any updates on tracking for sending out any replacements. I ordered these bears for my granddaughters in Australia, the company know full well that they were bought to bring comfort to my girls after their father was (and has since had) major surgery. It has been 5 days now, since the last email, with no reply as to when either replacement bears will be delivered or a full refund will be sent. They were due to be delivered on the 7th July, I ordered them on 13th June. Do Not Order from this company, I wish I had read the reviews on here before placing my order, by the way they are sent out from China, not the USA!

The Hug you never knew you needed
Everything about my experience was great. I choose priority mail bc I live in HI and things usually take a while to get here. I had tracking on my package so that was nice. The product exceeded my expectations. I bought the heavy weight pookie and he has delivered. He is well made. I have the original pookie that I bought years ago that has withstood everything and is still in great condition. I love the pouch for my heating pad, his weighted feet and belly and his Velcro arms help him stay when I have my seizures that leave me paralyzed and can’t use my arms to keep him on me. He has made my life so much better and I would definitely recommend this bear and any of the animals that pulse of potential has to offer to anyone that needs a comforting weighted plush to help through the day.

New 2.5kg Pookie is great but it's falling apart already
I received Pookie in the new 2.5kg weight as a present and I noticed the velcro was poorly stitched. I've emailed the company twice, once via their website and once directly via email and I've had no response.
The velcro is coming apart so fast, I darent use Pookie. The velcro is also a square patch so the corners scratch and stab into my skin.
Love the weight of Pookie, but incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service considering these guys aren't cheap!

A sloth, a red panda, a koala & a highland cow
I ordered the sloth for myself. I suffer from PTSD and used it on a 2 hour drive and did not move the entire ride. Then I ordered them for my daughter completing her PhD and she’s noticed a notable difference in how calm she feels using it when possible. I ordered them for my other two adult daughters as well.

I never even recieved my package with…
I never even recieved my package with the two weighted plushies I purchased. I sent MULTIPLE emails to the company to get updated tracking as to when and if I would recieve my package to no avail. So basically that leads me to believe the company Pulse of Potential gave me an invalid tracking number and/or lost my package in transit. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a comfort, weighted plush. You may never recieve your items ordered. Product was ordered a month ago by the way.

I have sent numerous emails, yet we continue going back and forth over the same issue. The POD provided by the carrier is clearly not my location. I supplied photos showing my actual location, and the differences are obvious.
I have already requested a refund and do not want a replacement shipment or to wait through another lengthy delivery process. At this point, I am done discussing this matter. I have provided proof that the package was not delivered to me, but I continue to receive the same response, and you all obviously are not on the same page because this has been going on for days.

My order of Sonnie the Sloth never made it to me — I guess he really was too slow. Pulse of Potential sent me a Proof of Delivery photo that doesn’t match my home at all. I even sent them a picture of my actual front entrance (white wall, gray ground), and the two photos look like they were taken in completely different places.
After multiple emails, I feel like I’m just getting generic, copy‑and‑paste responses instead of anyone actually addressing the issue. They talk about being a wellness company and how their products support mental health… well, this experience sure added stress instead.
They PRIDE themselves on customer satisfaction, but based on my experience, that pride must be living at the same mystery house where my package ended up — because it definitely wasn’t here.
Just sharing this so others know what they might be dealing with.

Great Product.
I was delighted when the panda arrived. It is perfect for its purpose. Soft to the touch, and weighted where necessary. Due to the intense heat here in the UK I have used it as much as I would have liked. It is perfect for purpose and I am very pleased that I bought it.

Spent weeks asking for a refund and was ignored.
Only got a reply when I threatened to contact my bank and report it as a fraudulent transaction.
Eventually received refund.
