One of the best websites to look for holidays from multiple destination airports

My experience staying at the hotel was quite poor because I paid for a room with a kitchenette, and for me, it wasn't a kitchenette. I can show it because I made a video. Secondly, the food at this hotel was definitely too little and not very diverse, in my opinion. Besides, the location is good and relatively quiet, but things can always be better. I was a bit surprised by my kitchen when I saw it. I'll send the video soon to see how it works. In my opinion, the extra charge for a studio apartment was 25 euros for something they claim is a studio apartment. It shouldn't look like that. Another plus is that the internet was there and it worked, so it was free, so that's also a big plus. In my opinion, there were two or three power outages, but that's obviously something that can always happen. And sometimes there are restaurants there, sometimes they flooded because they had a power outage. It was also quite interesting. I also have a recording. Other than that, okay.

I regret booking with prijsvrij. We waited 90 minutes for transfer to hotel. For return transfer I didn't receive an SMS for pick up time. I called shuttle company and waited 15 minutes on line and they told me the time will be 17:55. I called them back at 18:35 and learned that the transfer was delayed 1 hour. I asked why didn't I receive an SMS or e-mail and they said my travel agency should inform me. If they would have informed me I could enjoy the pool 1 hour more and I paid 20 euros to hotel for late check out. Our holiday started bad and ended bad because of transfers.

Everything was perfect, the offer was the best by far considering price/quality.

I received a call to confirm all the details and the agent was super kind and polite.

For sure we will do everything again in the future with Prijsvrij Vakanties !

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Best Roquetas! The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

We especially enjoyed the swimming pools, the delicious and varied food, and the relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. Everything was well organized, and we truly felt comfortable during our stay.

Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend Hotel Best Roquetas to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Spain!

The holiday itself was good. Old Palace Resort in Sahl Hasheesh was clean, the staff welcoming, and the all-inclusive delivered what was promised. Where it fell apart was the return airport transfer.

The driver asked us which terminal we needed, which is the entire point of a paid transfer service to know. None of the documents I received ever stated the correct terminal, so I went with Terminal 1. It was wrong. We actually needed Terminal 2, about 3 km away, and with no alternative on site I had to pay €15 out of pocket for a taxi to make my flight.

I emailed afterwards to explain this and ask for the €15 back. I never got a reply. The money is minor; being ignored is not. A good trip shouldn't end with a transfer that doesn't know where to drop you and a company that won't answer a reasonable complaint. Add terminal info to your documents, and answer your customers.

Very disappointing experience with Prijsvrij Vakanties.

I paid the full amount for my holiday and received a definitive confirmation of my booking. However, a few days later I was informed that the trip could not be confirmed because the flight was supposedly no longer available.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the same flight and package were still being sold on their website afterwards at a much higher price.

On top of this, reaching their customer service was almost impossible, which made the whole experience even more frustrating and stressful.

This raises serious concerns about transparency, reliability, and customer treatment. A definitive booking confirmation should provide customers with confidence and security. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled has completely damaged my trust in Prijsvrij Vakanties.
This has been one of the most disappointing travel experiences I have ever had, and I strongly discourage others from booking with this company.

The website is fast and handy. I am satisfied. They send information very fast. And payment is good

This review applies to the hotel reception services. Which really sucks!! They promised our room would be ready at 13.00pm. We were back at 13.00, room not ready, would be 14.00pm. Back at 14.00, room not ready; 14.15pm. Still not ready, then they promised 14.30. Still waiting for the key, finally 14.45 they gave our room. Probably the worst room available. Whilst we asked for a nice room, this being our honeymoon. Then they promised to bring our suitcase directly ro our room. Finally my wife went back to the reception at 18.00 really angry, then they were able to bring our suitcase. What a shit service!

Next day hotel management offered us their appologies for the bad service. They also offered us a boat trip, which actually was very nice. I must admid they tried to make up for their mistakes.
