My experience with booking online tour to Egypt
My experience with this online tour booking service was excellent! The interface is very clear and user-friendly — booking a trip was fast and easy. There’s a great selection of destinations and tours, with plenty of options to suit any taste and budget. The prices are genuinely low, and the descriptions and hotel reviews are accurate and trustworthy. The search form is convenient and helps you find the right tour quickly and effortlessly.
The only small confusion I had was that the initial tour price didn’t include checked baggage — you realize that during the booking process, so the final amount ends up being slightly higher. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Simple and fast
We purchased the package three days ago; it was Friday, and our flight was on Tuesday. This was also our first experience with `prijsvrijs`. We didn't receive any information about the hotel or flights over the weekend because we were told that the travel details would be shared within 48 hours. On Monday, I managed to reach a customer representative, who explained that they couldn't respond over the weekend because they don't work then, and that the travel information would be sent to us that same day. After that, the email we received later that day was quite simple and clear.

Wide selection of tours, lack of support
Everything went well, despite the Chrome browser had problems displaying text issues, which prompted me to book the tour through the Explorer browser on my tablet.
Since the reservation data was not entered on the tablet, I made a mistake in the name when entering it. I have been writing letters in support for a week, asking for help to correct the name, and there has been no reaction, except for an automatic response. Considering that the platform is the same as another service, next time I will be even more careful and place an order through another service

Great location, but the service needs improvement
The hotel is in a beautiful area – the town is charming, surrounded by mountains, and there are plenty of nice cafés and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by several small but noticeable issues. One of the main problems was the very late check-in time. After an early morning flight, having to wait another 6 hours to check in was really inconvenient and tiring. While nothing was terribly wrong, the quality just wasn’t quite there for a relaxing holiday. Not terrible, but not somewhere I’d return to.

Absolute scammers. Nightmare vacation
Absolute scammers. i booked an evening flight, and paid extra for that, however the flight was cancelled, and we had to leave the hotel at 04.00 in the morning. It means they stole us the full day of vacation as i booked 10 nights and 11 days. They refuse to reimbourse this day for 2 people, neither the overpayment for the later flight. absolute scammers!

untrustworthy organization
This was our first time making a reservation through this unreliable company, and it has been a frustrating experience. We booked and paid for a room, which made our kids very excited. However, on the second day, they canceled our reservation, claiming that the room was no longer available. This was untrue, as the room was still available; they simply raised the price! We had received confirmation of our reservation, yet they canceled it and then increased the price. This treatment is unacceptable! They didn't even offer us an alternative solution! Now, we have to wait for them to refund our money, which is causing me both time and mental fatigue. I am very disappointed with their poor service.

How unfortunate to read that your booking was unexpectedly cancelled by the tour operator.
In exceptional cases it happens that the tour operator is forced to cancel the trip, this may be because the chosen room is no longer available or a flight for example is fully booked. As an (online) travel agency, Prijsvrij Vakanties unfortunately has no influence on this. Of course this does not take away from the fact that the situation is frustrating.
