Extremely poor support and service. The company is completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. They show zero regard for their customers and are quick to restrict access to funds and data without resolution. Avoid at all costs. I strongly advise against using their services!

Better exchange rates compared to my bank honestly.

Tried to open an account for a USA LLC company, and my personal info is in Morocco. After numerous requests for supporting documents, KYC was approved. The next day, the system indicated it did not pass compliance checks, and the account was blocked; resubmission is not allowed. Customer service was unable to explain the reason. This is clearly A racist company. How can you trust them with your money if just approval based on where you live, and not the performance?

Been using PingPong for supplier payments recently. Everything has worked smoothly so far.

Don't have option for negative or Zero rating, thats why giving 1 star.
They are bloody scammer & crook will take my matter to RBI as well in the commercial court.

Tried to open an account for a Malaysian company. After numerous requests to provide supporting documents, KYC was approved but next day, the system claimed it did not pass compliance and the account was blocked, resubmission is not allowed. Customer service was unable to explain the reason. If they can be inconsistent with their decision, how can you trust then with your money?

PingPong is the worst bank and service ive seen in my life. They review every day, asking u the same questions multiple times, and this is going for weeks without any solution. Everything i provide them is transparent, but they still just giving false promises, and are not resolving everything. All my business burned, because i couldnt pay my supplier now for 3 weeks, all payouts are made to the pingpong bank, but sitll, its not recovered and nobody is helping. They are scammers, business ruiners!

I want to share my personal experience with this company so my users dont make the same mistake I did

From my own experience this system was very poorly designed and extremely frustrating to use
I spent a lot of time trying to make things work but everything felt messy confusing and way more complicated than it should be

Customer support was slow unclear and most of the time not helpful at all
Instead of fixing issues the process only created more problems and more stress

I run an e commerce business and manage more than 400000 followers across my social media platforms
Because of that I feel responsible to be honest and transparent with my audience

This is not an accusation and not a claim of fraud
This is simply my real experience as a customer

Based on what I personally went through I would not recommend this platform to anyone who values their time energy and peace of mind

Everyone is free to make their own decision
But for me the experience was disappointing exhausting and a complete waste of time

I was moving some funds from paypal to this bank with matching name on it , funds are associated to a store closed 6 months ago. I provided them all funds movement associated with the payout and all paypal data and they said that material is insufficient and will refund my money in 20-25 WORKING DAYS !!!!!!! 5 months for a REFUND !!!! avoid this scammers at all costs.

It is difficult to contact the live chat to connect with people directly, and to enter the bank, the withdrawal is rejected continuously, even though the proof of transaction is clear.

We have been trying to contact them repeatedly about a transaction and all they will say is that they are not our bank, even though they hold our money on their platform in an account. They will not tell us how we can contact 'our bank' all they will say is it's not them. Dreadful, utterly dreadful customer service

Absolute worse service ever. It's been months in trying to register an account, with their faulty system full of glitches that doesn't let me proceed due to technical issues. I ask for support, and an agent keeps sending an automated same message again and again without any support. Absolutely useless platform.

I created an account to receive my payments from Walmart, i did every step required to create an account. It said that it would take 48h to verify everything. Suddenly they blocked my account & their reason for it was « we are not able to provide any further specifics on this decision ».

There is no US support at all, I tried for several months! Never receive any support or feedback!

Please use the Google Authenticator PIN instead of the spam filter. It's super annoying how long it takes me to log in to this website. I waste so much time just trying to log in. This issue still hasn't been fixed!!!

We had a business account on Pingpong system, 2 weeks ago they closed it without any explanation. No documents were requested, nothing.

They refunded the funds (+1 star), and were responsive via email (+1 star).

Yes-yes, I know all this AML stuff that EMI might not tell you any reason, but this is up to you, do you run your business with a human face or in a robot style.
