Fraud chinese company this app mist be banned in India

Payment processing for more than 20 days..... 😡😡

Give me my money you scammers!!!

How shameful this Chinese company can be ?
The only response you get is “Hi, we're sorry to hear about your experience and the issues you're facing……”

Instead of proactively connecting with their team members in India to resolve the issues, they simply rely on copy-and-paste responses.

I am appalled by this behavior. This confirms it’s a fraud company.

Verification has always been the most frustrating part for me. for users in many African countries, verification can take a long time, and receiving funds is sometimes slower than expected. There are still many useful features, but the process could definitely be improved.

Setting up my account was quite straightforward. I just uploaded my business license and company documents, and within a few steps I was able to access multiple currencies and local receiving accounts. The only downside is that the verification process feels a bit outdated and time-consuming.

I responded to Ping Pong's request to my review on Trustpilot to write to them at the email address they provided regarding the loss of millions of dollars through their money service business. I provided a detailed response on May 20, 2026 and resent it twice. They never responded or ackknowledged receipt of my response. This company is not to be trusted and should not be used to transfer funds as it continues to be used as a platform to accept and transfer fraudulently induced wire transfers to cyber criminals. Moreover, it is high time for banks and money services businesses like Ping Pong to use AI and other technologies to prevent these transactions before they take place, to reimburse clients who have been scammed on their platform, and to be prosecuted for failure to do so.

I am totally upset.Today I create pingpongx bussiness account and submit all document.My all document is correct.There are no misinformation and anything else. However,After submit document for review within one minute they block my account.Itd totally unprofessional behavior.One bussiness licence take and setup all thing is a long process.how they blocked the account,within a second.I also done a mail regarding the matter.lets see.i need to restore my account.

Horrible onboarding. SELLNIX LLC is a legitimate US entity with valid IRS EIN documentation. Denied services instantly by a malfunctioning automated bot without human review. Refusing transparent KYC video verification. Complete lack of professional support for international non-resident founders.
