Could be ok but instructions to take ticket or get it validated was at odds with what you find at the car park - possibly worth checking out first as it may be that you just park and it's ok ?

Initially poor review as couldn't confirm what to do with conflicting instructions but by email they have now apologised - it just took a while and I was concerned about getting a fine - but I didn't - communication by email was more effective with them than by phone

Dreadful experience. The code for opening the garage in Paris to access the parking space didn't work, and I couldn't reach anyone to speak to. So I was forced to find another, more expensive parking space at the last minute. When I told them all this, they said they had proof that I HAD parked there, which was of course impossible. I needed to prove to them that I had parked elsewhere and, after three days of haggling, they eventually relented and offered a refund. What a waste of valuable holiday time!

We booked a parking on the Spain side of the Gibraltar border. We were catching a plane to London from Gib. When we arrived the car parking was full and had to find another parking garage as we had a plane to catch

Despite speaking to customer service when we got back we have been unable to resolve the issue. It was out fault per them. We (a) should have seen a sign that if we had booked they had a place for us - other than the blocked entrance with a huge sign saying full. (the sign per them was not near the full sign but on the fence. And (b) should have waited for them as they were waiting for us.

I would have assume that they could have include this information on the receipt for the booking etc. So it would be clear.

I agree with all the other reviews that this company is a scam and unable to provide any form of customer service.

I booked a car park with Parkimeter in Granada at their car APK2 Puerto Real car park the day before our visit to Granada Cathedral.

The next morning we successfully entered the exact address provided on our booking confirmation email, namely Calle Acera del Darro, 40. 18005, Granada into the cars navigation system.

When we arrived in Granada we were
unable to locate the car park and after driving around for 15 minutes, were forced to park at another location called Parking Violon Granada.

The address provided by Parkimeter Granada does not work in a brand new Peugeot 306, with the satellite navigation system directing us up one way streets etc.

Whilst we had to park 500 meters further away from the Granada Cathedral, the cost for parking the same amount of time was 6.95 Euro, at Parking Violon Granada rather than 23.92 Euro or more than 3 times more charged by Parkimeter.

When I contacted Parkimeter to advise them of the problem and requesting a refund, I was advised
"Apart from us providing the GPS link that takes you to the car park, if you type in the address or the name of the car park on google maps it will take you to the car park." Obviously, they didn't listen when I told them their address didn't work today.

..... I'm shocked , I paid for parking from 17:00-23:00, I arrived at 16:00, I paid €18, because the theater ended later, I was in the parking 23:20, the watchman told me to pay €16!!!!!!! parking for 7.5 hours cost 35€!????shame on you!!!!

I'd give zero stars if possible, we booked for pompei parking today 19Jun 2024, no problem getting to the car park using the link in the important information e-mail sent to us, HOWEVER..... getting the ticket validated was impossible no people present at all subsequently we had to pay a further €10 to exit the carpark actually cheaper than I paid via the app/internet. So ultimately total waste of my time and money thanks for zero, nothing, Nada, nichts, Nowt!!!!!!

The place we parked in Florence was MuoviAmo Giglio 2 on via Corsica

1. There was no marking where to go
2. There were no instructions in Italian or English as how what to do when you got there
3. There was nobody at the booth when you realized you are parking at a repair shop
4. Worst of all - when the attendant showed up he was the meanest most arrogant antiAmerican you’ve ever met - he swore at us in Italian and was overall one of the worst humans we ever met and unapologetically so - he ruined our first 3 hours in Florence
Steer clear at all costs

We reserved and prepaid a parking spot in a parking garage in Lille. Upon arrival the parking lot was full and we couldn't enter. There was no client service number to call o ly that of the parking lot Indigo Neo. They couldn't find our booki g from Parkimeter. We were forced to park elsewhere and pay again. We have sent multiple mails to the client service of Parkimeter and no reply. Total scam. You better use Indigo Neo directly. They have great customer service.

Update: after sending several mails to Parkimeter I did receive a refund for which I am grateful. I still think there are issues with the service that need attention.

Parking Garage Zenpark Parc André-Citroën – Javel Paris: My experience with this parking garage was a disaster. The parking spaces are far too narrow, the stairwells are full of filth, and the technical issues are unbearable. When I tried to retrieve my parked car, access to the garage was impossible. While the link to open the first door worked, the door opening system in the stairwell failed. I couldn't reach my car. When I finally gained access through the garage door, I couldn't drive my car out because the exit system was malfunctioning. The hotline was unreachable, and everything was only in French. Overall, I find the parking garage and the service to be an absolute disaster.

easy reservation and easy parking

We arrive to the Bejar parking in Barcelona at 1 am in the night, to pick up the car. The phonecall that was supposed to open the door automatically did no work, neither the phone call for emergencies, since I could talk only to the answer machine. Very bad service, was it supposed to be all night waiting to get out of the parking?. Parkimeter should not deal with this specific parking.

SCAMMERS, do not book parking with them in Barcelona! They sold us a spot that wasn't available. We had difficulty entering the car garage. Once we came back to get our car, all the gates and doors were locked. We were told by security that it was a private lot and that we would have to pay a 42 Euro fine and wait an hour for someone to come open the gate! When we called the number on the reservation, the person said it wasn't their problem and hung up! Stay away from these clowns!

My requirement was for a two day parking space in Madrid near where I was staying. The website was easy to follow and gave me various choices. The booking confirmation explained access and contact information but, in the end, there was an attendant at the garage who was helpful and efficient.

very easy process and a good price for the location.

I had an issue with the licence number because it was a rental. Until I got the rental car, my booking already started so I was not able to modify the booking to put the licence number. But the support assistant contact me by WhatsApp and help me a lot( it was Sunday afternoon) I had no issues to enter the parking thanks to their support team. Best service, best price ( better than the hotel I stayed - they share the same parking lots), best support. I recommend and trust this service. I will use it again in Paris. Thanks a lot!
