Easy to book
Easy to book, and a good selection of locations to choose from. I have used locations in France and all have been of the highest standard and very safe. It appears that Paclick have expanded locations available in Paris, including one that’s very close to the apartment we use.

Relatively easy to find
Relatively easy to find, but unclear as to which bays we could use, no information, no one answering phone number, can't contact Parclick either , as is the modern way with companies like this. Only use this car park if a very confident driver as it is all super tight with steep ramps and tight turns around numerous pillars. Worked great for us but not everyone's cup of tea!

Smooth booking and great staff, but checkout pricing lacks transparency
Booking through Parclick was straightforward, and the instructions provided to access the parking were very clear. The facility staff on-site was kind and helpful, and overall the parking rate remained competitive.
My only criticism is the pricing transparency at checkout: the rate initially displayed increased right before payment without a clear explanation of whether this was a service fee, commission, or processing charge. Overall a good service, but clearer upfront pricing would make it a 5-star experience.

Do not reserve this garage!!!
After trying to get into the garage for almost an hour because of road closures on the Ramblas, we chose to park in another garage. Unfortunately, we are not getting our money back that we already paid! My advice: do not reserve this garage!!!!

Reasonable easy to book but a little difficult to find as the sign is on the wrong side of the site in a one way street!! If you was coming in the opposite direction which of course is impossible you could see it. Peñiscola.

Totally useless
Totally useless. The tech didn’t work and did not pick up the number plate. Ended up having to pay 50€ to park on top of the original pre booked amount.
Could be a scam.

Garage Loreto Naples - outstanding service
We used parclick at Naples, garage Loreto. The price was very reasonable, easy to find, without the anxious drive within Naples itself. We dropped car off for 5 days whilst in Naples and Sorrento. Easy walk from station of Naples coming back from from Sorrento. At was undercover and surveillanced. Staff were extremely friendly. We booked and paid online. Would use their services again. Great...but terrible
Great...but terrible. My experience gets separated into two completely different emotions: 1) Searching for parking lots from within the app, selecting the one you wish, paying, and finally getting to the parking lot and seeing how the barrier gate "automatically" opens when reading your license plate....GREAT. But the following happened to me on two consecutive days, in Barcelona (Spain): 2.1) The first night, when leaving the parking lot back to our hotel, the barrier gate didn't open so I had to browse my mail until I found a QR code which thankfully worked and allowed us to exit, what we most feared was that it was almost midnight and there was no single human being working there to help us; 2.2) The second night, barrier gate again didn't open, but this time I hadn't received any qr code in my mail, so there was no way to double check this. There was an employee telling us we had not payed according to his software, I had to show him proof of payment on my mobile phone, finally he decided to "believe" us and let us go. So in the end, on both nights, EXITING the parking lot was a very bad experience.

Good parking spaces in a centric car park in Barcelona, right next to the Gothic neighborhood. We traveled with a SUV Citroen C5 aircross and had enough space to maneuver.
Read car plate instantly at entering and leaving. In and out a few times during our 4 nights stay.

Good but pricey

I'm not happy at all though that after paying a premium fee for parking, I'm charged an extra 4 euros as an administration fee.....nope.....it's just a piss take!

They will sell you a voucher and then have the car park attendant turn you away on arrival
I bought a car parking voucher for use in a Barcelona car park. When I arrived the man in charge told me to turn around and leave because my vehicle he called a "van". It has five seats and is NOT a commercial van. He did not check any dmensions. I left and found another parking just up the road and did not use the parclick pre-purchased parking. There are a lot of car parks in Barcelona easy to access without pre-booking. I asked PARCLICK for a refund and they refused.
I would not recommend this company as they seem to want to sell you a voucher and then have the car park attendant turn you away on arrival. Good scam. Avoid.

When searching for a parking space, you can also select the appropriate vehicle category, with the corresponding maximum dimensions clearly specified for each category.
We understand that being unable to access the car park upon arrival was disappointing. However, as the vehicle did not meet the requirements of the selected category, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund in this case.
