I can’t recommend
I can’t recommend. I ordered a face cream from Vichy from pazzox.nl. I have been using this product for years. The cream I ordered from pazzox smelled strongly of mold. I am very sensitive to this and had an allergic reaction. Customer service allowed me to send the product back (used) but since they didn’t find a problem with it they won’t provide a refund. They did offer to send it back to me but that is also unhygienic- so I declined. I lost 30€. For this reason I leave a low review and I will not be ordering again.

Bad communication and no delivery
I have receieved notification that my order was registered and nothing else. No email and no delivery. No tracking code, nothing. I dont know if my order will be delivered at all.
