I immediately cancelled my service when I tried to use your service and I couldn't stay connected so it wouldn't work for my purposes. Now you all are telling me I cannot receive a refund. What a joke your company is and I was warned online about you all.

I am very sad about my last order. I received a product which made me horrible symptoms. I contacted Viata Netherlands and I learnt that product can cause severe allergies. Luckily I took only one drop that day! When I asked a refund, Birgit (from the pharmacy customer service) became kind of rude. I asked to correct her tone and at least a refund and I also told them to write on their webpage that product can cause severe allergies (because there was no information). I had no reply and no refund anymore. I bought many times from this pharmacy, this should not to way to behave their clients. Very sad about this situation and I would like to aware people!

Last week I needed a few things urgently, and a different pharmacy bailed on me by not sending my order on time as they lied on their website and didn't have the merchandise in stock, so I placed an order with Viata. They didn't have everything available either, but after contacting them, a pharmacist told me they would send part of my order the same day I made the order and the rest the next day as they get supplied. In the end, everything was dispatched on the same day. Brilliant service. Thank you!

I placed an order at 6/11/22 but parcel still did delivered . No answer

Excellent range of products. Delivered one day late, but it was perfectly acceptable to receive all within 48 hours. Will definitely order from Viata again. Exactly what I needed.

I ordered something and 2 days later it already arrived home in perfect condition and without any delay. Perfect service!

will never use these again utter joke i placed a order 31st december 2020 kept checking tracking the order arrived at a parcel centre in germany on 7th january so i messaged viata about my order and said why is my order taking so long to come, got a reply saying we cant ship to the UK because of brexit there was nothing on there website to say that, theyre wont give me a refund until the order has arrived back to them its now the 19th january and im still waiting for a refund this comany is not reccomend by me

Good quality products with big discounts, well packed, decent delivery time, the shipping is 5 euros, which is a bit much but using a secure shipping company. I really like the website, every product has a clear ingredient list and notes about containing fragrance, gluten etc. Very helpful, letting the customer to make prompt, informed choices. Definitely recommend, my favorite online pharmacy.

Ordered an item 12 days ago. Apparently my order has been delivered, my signature was misspelled when presented to me by Viata and no package found in mailbox or on our premises. There is nothing Viata can do for me... my fault they say, because I asked for no signature delivery because I wasn't able to take holidays for this duration to expect package (GLS delivery company does not send messages when and what time they arrive, one has to just wait). Thank you for nothing, enjoy my money.

Excellent customer service! Quick delivery! My experience with Viata was simply brilliant. I totally recommend it.

I ordered what on their online catalogue is described as FFP3 masks and I just got just overpriced surgical masks. Unacceptable. Stay away!
