I supposed to have free shipping but noticed they charged me 6.9 EUR during payment which I noticed late. I cancelled my order within a few minutes but they still send it telling me not accepting the package could return automatically. However, I ordered to a click point so that was not possible

Please do not buy from them. I spent 1 month communicating with them for the return of my money since I cancelled the order. Frustrating experience and so far I have not received my money back.

Paternalistic and Arbitrary - They Decide What You’re “Allowed” to Buy
I placed an order for three boxes of melatonin—a non-prescription supplement—for my mother and grandmother. Nothing excessive, nothing unusual.
NewPharma unilaterally decided to cancel my order, claiming they determined I might not be able to “use it correctly.” Let me be clear: this is not a prescription medication. This is a widely available supplement that requires no medical authorization. Yet somehow, NewPharma has appointed themselves as gatekeepers who can arbitrarily decide what their customers are “capable” of purchasing.
What’s particularly egregious is that nowhere on their website do they warn customers about this patronizing policy. You waste your time placing an order, only to have it cancelled based on their subjective judgment of your competence.
This isn’t about safety—it’s about a company overstepping reasonable boundaries and treating paying customers like children who can’t be trusted with their own decisions. If they’re going to impose restrictions that go beyond legal requirements, the very least they could do is communicate these policies upfront so customers can choose to shop elsewhere.
I’m deeply disappointed that a pharmacy would abuse consumer rights in this way. There are plenty of other options that will treat you like the adult you are.
