Great customer service. Spoke with one of their team at the national photography show in Birmingham as I was looking for a new tripod. Unfortunately they didn’t have one at the show that suited my needs but they did tell me about another model they had online. Ordered that night and was delivered a few days later. Quick prompt service

The scope and tripod package I was after was not available on their website and I was unsure about the tripod and head to buy. Russell rang me after I left a message, a sign he cared, not always the case these days. He was very knowledgeable which helped me decide, and put together the package at a good price. I was nervous spending so much with an organisation I had only discovered recently, but the ordering and the delivery was efficient and quick. I had not handled the tripod beforehand, yet I am very pleased to say it functions as well as Russell described. Very pleased.

Initially this was out of stock but Russell informed me as soon as they were available, great service and delivered the next day after ordering. The geared head is excellent.
