They first take my money and only after…
They first take my money and only after that they decide to “manually check my identity”. Their support is just ai agent with no ability to talk with the real human.
If they “cant verify” my identity they gonna block my money for 72 hours and then refund it in “5 working days”
That’s just horrible experience.
Website is friendly until you gave them your money.
