Extremely disappointed with G2A Support.

I contacted G2A regarding two duplicate orders and requested refunds within the 14-day period. Unfortunately, the sellers refused to accept the refunds, and G2A Support failed to properly review or resolve my case.
The guidance and responses I received from G2A were incorrect and did not address my actual situation. I followed their instructions, remained patient, and gave them multiple opportunities to resolve the issue, but I still received responses that provided no real solution.
This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected G2A to protect and support its customers, but instead I feel completely ignored and let down.
I have now reported the matter to my bank and, if necessary, I will also report it to the police and the relevant consumer authorities.

The seller is correct. When you buy accounts, sometimes you have to wait a few hours, but everything is correct. The best prices for gamepass accounts are at dingdang

Paid for a key that never was…

Paid for a key that never was delivered. G2a didn’t support at all, they help scammers to get people’s money.

Many times there is a fraud and AI chatbot to deal with

They take your money for the product someone sells. Then if there is a problem, even if g2a has the money, they tell you to deal with the seller... then it can take days for solving the issue (if it´s solved at all). They don´t have an effective mechanism in case something goes wrong. So you buy something that can perfectly be a fraud and they don´t take any responsability at all. You are facing only an AI chatbot that leads you nowhere

I feel like I've been scammed

I feel like I've been scammed. The gaming credentials keep changing when it locks which prompts me to constantly contact the seller and be dependent on them. The conversation always automatically closes so I have to open a brand new one every single time. Now, after some time the history has been eradicated and it looks like I never ever bought a game. I'm still a college student so the game I bought 3 years ago, I still want to use, I don't have more money than that. I tried contacting anyone/everyone but they redirect me to a stupid AI and then tell me they can't help me and close the conversation. I can't open a new one because it is still 'unresolved' but the G2A team decided to close it anyway. There is literally no way for me to get the product I paid for?! That is ridiculous!
