Absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a subscription and received something that did not work at all. After reporting the problem immediately, the seller failed to provide a working replacement and refused to issue a refund.

As a result, I paid for a service I never received and lost my money. This has been one of the worst online purchasing experiences I have ever had. I feel completely deceived and ignored once payment was made.

Avoid this web unless you are prepared to risk losing your money with no solution and no support.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from G2A.
On October 27, 2026, I purchased a €50 PlayStation Network gift card from a seller called Smart_solutions for €49.52. The code I received was completely invalid. PlayStation immediately displayed the message: "The voucher code is incorrect or no longer valid."
After discovering the problem, I checked the seller's reviews and found multiple other customers reporting similar issues. This raises serious questions about why G2A continues to allow such sellers to operate on its platform.
I contacted the seller and opened a support ticket with G2A. Instead of resolving the issue, I faced delays, limited communication, and requests for additional evidence, including an official confirmation from Sony explaining why the code was invalid — a document that Sony does not provide.
I paid for a valid €50 PSN gift card. I received a useless code and have spent days trying to get what I purchased.

Now i only wish to get a refund.

Based on my experience, G2A feels like a platform where scammers can do their scams freely while customers are left struggling to get help.

G2A, take responsibility for what happens on your marketplace and protect your customers.

VERY fast shipping for code. Got it within the minute of my card being processed, unlike another code I bought the year prior which took 30 minutes and had me worried!

I buy on G2A.COM a complete scam. First, the seller repeatedly logged into my account from Nigeria (initially denying it was them—even though it clearly happened right after I provided access). Then, after I granted access again, they logged in and activated a 7-day free trial! G2A refunds me the order and that’s the only good thing, because I was afraid I wouldn’t get my money back. I’ll be keeping an eye on whether G2A removes the dishonest seller—Eyad Store—from its platform.

I bought codes, they were already redeemed. I went to message the seller, it says there is an issue on G2A’s side and the seller cannot be messaged.

didnt buy a expension but in-game content what wasnt mine intention. Contacted kinguin because your support website didnt help me, but they send me back to you. I asked them what did i even bought? but also contact G2A, on your supportwebsite it says contact Kinguin. So: stupid me...now i wasted my money and still dont even know what i bought..........Key EA account doesnt mean expansion per se
