Wasted time and money
Wasted time and money, as many others I bought from seller who try to sell passwords to accounts with a issue (they ask you for your personal data to cheat the security of xbox) instead of games, and when you try to request a refund instead they side with the sellers. Wasteful experience

Total waste of time (and not even over yet).
Spent hours wasting time trying to pay for an order using Apple Pay. You are instructed to scan a code, the system doesn't work. Tried from an Apple Phone, same issue. Tried Google Pay, same issue. Just gives an error.
Finally used their credit card payment to pay for order. Screen comes up and says order is being delivered and please confirm receipt Keep the screen open. I did, nothing happened.
Eventually I sent repeated messages asking where my product was/is. They refunded my payment TO "MY ACCOUNT" with them. Of course, who wants a credit balance with a supplier that takes orders for undeliverable product keys? I'll wait a day or two and post a chargeback to my Visa. But avoid this outfit.
Edit: Difmark is correct. They did refund the money to the credit card used for payment. So, aside from the confusion and disappointment involved in “ordering” a non-existent product, they did make good on the transaction promptly. I’d give them another chance.

Stolen goods. No refunds offered.
They have sellers who try to sell passwords to accounts instead of games, and when you try to request a refund instead they side with the sellers.
Luckily my credit card company reimbursed me, it was a nightmare.

I accidentally purchased what turned out to be a Steam account pre-loaded with a game, rather than a genuine retail game key. The seller provided me with another person's private email and login credentials.
Selling, buying, or sharing Steam accounts directly violates Valve’s Steam Subscriber Agreement (Terms of Service). These accounts are highly unsafe, liable to be banned or reclaimed by the original owner at any second, and completely useless to legitimate gamers.
Difmark hides behind restrictive refund policies when buyers make an honest mistake, but they are actively facilitating the sale of products that break publisher rules. I want a full refund immediately.

SCAMMERS AND NO SUPPORT TEAM AT ALL
Advice: dont buy on here, go to G2A or K4G they actually have a support team, unlike Difmark.
I had a misunderstanding with the seller and after some time we resolved it so the seller appeared right. But the Difmark support was really unprofessional, answering after 12 hours and closing the ticket without doing anything, saying that I have to handle everything with the seller. Thank God the seller is an okay person and we resolved the issue but the support does not exist at all.
So basically, they dont even have a support team, they probably have just one person who is copy-pasting answers to people just to close the tickets. The problem-solving depends on how good a seller you buy from, mine was an okay guy.

I bought and amazon gift card off a vendor and then received the wrong product and instead of favoring for a refund or giving me the actual product the site admins favored that I get nothing and I am given something that has 0 use to me. -$60 from the lack of support.

No issues with Difmark itself however I need make people about PLAYTOWN I was sold and account with a game on it. But they have screen time limits on the account so every 2 hours you have restart your console and spend about 10 minutes doing like 9 steps to be able to play again. AVOID THIS SITE
I bought account for Cast n Chill and seller (Game Universe), told me that they don't have account even tho its listed on site, with option to buy it. So I asked for refund which seller ignored.. 3 days later timer ran out and I was supposed to automatically get refund, which I also didn't receive. They are closing my tickets, without solving problems and I haven't received any response.
Thank good it was only like 10 EUR.. But I'm most definitely not buying here again and I would advise to AVOID THIS SITE.

Bought “The Witcher 3” expecting a Steam key. Received login credentials for a shared Steam account instead. Support refused refund, stating the product was “account access”, although the listing was not clear enough about this. Disputed the transaction with my bank. Do not recommend if you expect a proper Steam key for your own account.

Keyshops can be scary, Codesmarket was my first experience using one and it had a feeling of extra-special and personal customer support that surprised me.
