I got the product instantly and was able to change all the info on it to my own. Great price, great seller and great site! 5/5

I ordered a game key from Driffle. It was available very quickly, offered at a great price, and activated on Steam without any problems. Everything worked perfectly — highly recommended!

I recently contacted Driffle support regarding a Google AI Pro 18-month activation link that had expired because I did not redeem it within the required 24-hour period.
The support team responded promptly and checked the issue with the merchant. Unfortunately, they confirmed that a new activation link or replacement could not be provided.
Although I understand that I missed the redemption deadline, it was disappointing to lose access to the product without ever activating or using the subscription.
The support team remained responsive throughout the case and offered me a €2 partial refund as a goodwill gesture.
Overall, the customer service communication was responsive, although the activation policy is very strict. I would recommend buyers pay close attention to the 24-hour activation requirement.

The default option when buying a product is to buy it with "plus". If you are in a hurry or do not pay enough attention and do not switch to the other option - they automatically activate Plus membership for you. No warning, they do not ask if you agree. No consent from your side, no contract, no legal agreement. They immediately start to use your card to charge you for plus membership monthly. I consider this being scam/fraud. They have charged me 5 euro monthly for several months before I realized it.

I bought a "Path of Exile 2 - Early Access" key on Driffle expecting the standard retail license. Instead, the seller provided a "Friend Key" — a free, non-commercial promotional invite completely stripped of the in-game currency and Support Pack you are supposed to get.
I contacted Driffle's customer service, but they were incredibly unhelpful. They deliberately exceeded their own 72-hour resolution policy, sending me only canned responses to buy time for their unresponsive seller, refusing to take responsibility.
I was forced to open a formal payment dispute on PayPal for "Item significantly not as described", providing all the screenshots. Only then, backed into a corner by PayPal's buyer protection, did Driffle instantly process the full refund.
The funniest part? Customer support just emailed me asking to leave a Trustpilot review and share a screenshot in exchange for a "discount coupon" on my next purchase.
Well, here is your review, and keep your coupon: I will never buy from this grey market site again. Avoid them at all costs, and if you really have to use them, NEVER pay directly with your credit card. Use PayPal to save your money.
