Phenomenal product!
I’m generally quite sceptical of adverts I see on social media, but having faced skin problems for most of my adult life, I decided to check out reviews about the natural calming serum and subsequently ordered a bottle to try (given all I read was overwhelmingly positive). I’m so glad I did as this is a ‘miracle’ product! I had tried about everything over the years, including various creams/ointments provided by an NHS dermatologist to no avail, but this serum cleared up my skin in a matter of days! I would highly recommend this product to anyone else struggling with their skin (psoriasis of the head/face for me) as it’s been by far the most successful product I’ve used and given me a new burst of confidence.

Very effective but tempormental
Very effective but extremely temperamental and temporary. Oily and has a bad odour after 30mins of applying.
I urge everyone looking into this product to treat scalp Seb derm to look into a 1% ketoconazole shampoo such as Nizoral.
Only need to apply it twice a week and doesn't cause the seborrheic derminitis to come back twice as strong.

It product is brilliant. Really works for me. Customer service awful. Advertising 2 for 1 deal. Press this and only received one. Write to them, no reply I felt like I was in the film sixth sense. I am talking no one is listening. I have written twice now. Nothing. Feeling conned.

The only product that works

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I have sensitive, red, scaly patches on my cheeks. I wear no make-up, I use no other products apart from a simple daily natural face cream. I tried Seb serum for 2 weeks, every night before bed. No improvement, no change, the patches are even worse.

I don’t know why I didn’t give this oil a chance earlier in my life. I tried all available oils, creams and shampoo's, some of them worked for a few hours, some didn’t worked at all. I purchased this in hopes that it would help reduce the Seborrheic dermatitis on my face, after 3 days it has reduced the inflammation, redness and presence of flakes on my skin giving me my natural look back.

Product didn’t work for me 😢
So, although the product it’s self was no good for me (or my hubby) the customer service was excellent 👍- hence the 5 stars.
The product - you can smell the tree oil strongly and it’s oilly - none of this is a bad thing. Unfortunately I believe it made my face issue worse, aggravating it more 😞 and my hubby said it made no difference to his at all!
Customer service- was excellent! No problem contacting them, quick response and money back as promised- in my opinion this goes a long way.
This product is not cheap but if it works for you, as it has done for many, it would be worth it - this time it didn’t, shame 😢

Made me breakout
Product smells nice but made me breakout red after using the product on my face where I have seborrheic dermatitis. Disappointing. I find I have more luck with sans cueticals carrier RX body and hand butter but was looking for a more readily available alternative.

Small problem, great solution
I had a small problem the Seb balm product, nothing serious, but worthy of informing them about. What stood out is that their customer service couldn't have been more responsive. They were excellent, taking accountability for the issue, and very generously replacing it free of charge without question.
Seb's serum product is also really fantastic - has a very calming effect, a fresh and natural aroma and noticeable improvement within a week of first use. Highly recommended

Amazing
I had a flare up a few months ago and by the time I bought the soothing balm my dermatitis was calming down it was one of the worst flare ups I have ever had. I had another flare up last week during the heat wave and honestly this balm was amazing 3 days and it was almost gone. I wish I had discovered this years ago.

Unfortunately it didn’t work for me
Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. It was advertised as a miracle cure for those who’d “tried everything”, but that hasn’t happened. The serum itself is an oil, so it’s not something that you want to leave the house wearing (unless you want to look greasy). As a result, it adds extra time to morning routines because you have to wash it out before you leave the house. The smell is also quite herbal - this was expected, but it’s definitely something to get used to, especially because the oil can leave a residue on pillows if applied for the night. If it did work, I imagine that all of this would be worth it, but with my busy schedule I found that it was a lot of effort. I purchased at the beginning of May and I have left it a long time to review to give the product a chance to work, but that hasn’t happened. I really wanted to be able to give this a good review but I can’t. Waste of money.
